The Old Gas House é um apartamento no 1º andar em um edifício de época recém-convertidos convenientemente situado ao lado da praça. O apartamento tem vista para as famosas montanhas Tramontana e seus quartos espaçosos e elegantes formar um "U" em torno do terraço privado. A cozinha bem equipada tem vista para a varanda e o oposto ala quarto. No centro está a sala de estar requintadamente decorados com a sua lareira de mármore original. O quarto principal tem uma grande casa de banho e uma sala separa o segundo quarto da casa de banho da família.
Aquecimento é fornecido para os meses de inverno lareira também está disponível na sala de estar. Ar condicionado para os meses de verão. Rebaixados crise de crédito.
This is our second stay in this apartment and I feel it won't be the last. The apartment is extremely comfortable and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. It is nicely decorated and has a gorgeous view of the mountains which can be enjoyed from the balcony while eating breakfast. We discovered the local fish market near by and really enjoyed cooking our own meals while enjoying the local wine.
The location of the apartment is such an advantage! Being so close to the square of such a beautiful and interesting town was truly special. Sollei has so much to offer; top food, wine, boutique shops, architecture and the historic tram. We were even able to hire mountain bikes from the town and explore further a field.
We had such an amazing time again in majorca and will hopefully be back to this special place sometime soon. Thank you for a great trip!
Just completed our (family of four) 3rd stay in three years in this lovely apartment and it didn't disappoint.The two bedroom, two bathroom apartment is situated just yards from the Plaça de la Constitució with the beautiful Soller bank by Joan Rubio and the church of Sant Bartomeu, town hall, the quaint trams that take you to the Port and all the restaurants and shops. Despite this proximity the apartment is very quiet, with a view to the mountains surrounding Soller.
The apt is very clean and very well equipped indeed, has a spacious living area and large kitchen. TV has UK channels, DVD player, CD player, washing machine means you can take less luggage if you choose. Air conditioning good for July.
The owner is very easy and friendly to deal with and has a very helpful manager living in the area.
We stayed 11 nights this year and spent a lot of time down on the Repic beach in Port Soller and exploring locally. Soller market is on Saturdays and worth a look. Can recommend Luna 36, Salvia (no kids), Ca'n BoQueta (tasting menu), Ca'n Pintxo, all in Soller, and the Kingfisher and Es Passeig down in the Port. Fantastic ice-cream and crepes at Giovanni L in Soller main square and also down at Repic beach.
Highly recommended. We really hope to be back again!!

La location est très bien située, près de la place principale, pas loin de la gare (train et tram). Les commerces sont à proximité.
L'appartement est très bien équipée, la literie est confortable. Nous avons profité de la proximité des restaurant et n'avons pas cuisiné mais la cuisine est grande et bien équipée
My husband and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for one month during February 2015. I gave this property 4 stars and wish I had the option to give it 4.5 or 4.8. I cannot say enough about the location. Literally, just steps to the town square yet extremely quiet on the inside of the property. We did not have a car during our entire stay and found the bus system reliable and cheap to Palma, Valdemossa, Deia. Once in Palma (25-30 minutes) you can get just about anywhere by bus or train. The transportation station where the bus lets you off is centralized, with bus, train, bicycles, moto rental - very convenient. There are several hiking trail heads very close to the apartment. The only sound heard from the apartment was the church bells, which do not ring after 10p or before 8a, and the occasional moto screaming down a street nearby. The moto sound was heard only in the day time. The kitchen is well appointed for cooking, we cooked every day. There are several markets close by making it very easy to obtain fresh food daily. I recommend the Mercado behind the square for fresh fish, but get there early for best selection. The rooms are very generous in size and provide a very open feel. The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy dinner or morning coffee (seats 4-5). The apartment is on a U-shape which we found very unique and which provided a feeling of total privacy. The bathrooms are good sized, a tub in one, and showers in both, the beds were comfortable. The apartment is located on the first floor. You enter from the street into an small entrada then ascend 9 steps to a lift. All in all a wonderful stay in a beautiful town filled with friendly people. Susie, the owner was very easy to communicate with. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.
This was our forth stay in the Old Gas House. This very well-appointed spacious apartment has everything you could possibly need and is in a great location. It is very clean, comfortable and quiet but only a few steps from the buzzing square. Local managers Cheryl & Clive are always very kind and helpful and it’s great to know that they are on hand if needed. We already have another trip planned and we are sure to return again in the future.
We spent 4 nights in Majorca at this apartment. The central location was perfect, close to bars, restaurants, shops, market and the tram. The apartment was clean, fun and had all of the amenities we needed. The TV was particularly modern and suited our needs. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing Spanish getaway. A mágica cidade de Soller é um lugar especial situado na bonita zona de montanha Tramontana no centro da Laranja Vale do Soller. Durante todo o ano, é palco de muitos festivais culturais e religiosas coloridos diferentes na Praça da Cidade. Bares e restaurantes são abundantes e bom valor para o dinheiro. É perto de outras cidades de interesse, tais como Deia, Valldemosa e Fornalutx. Há um trem de Palma e também o famoso bonde que leva 20 minutos para chegar a partir da antiga cidade de Port Soller e praia.
