This property is a newly decorated and painted 5 bedroom home able to accommodate up to 8 guests on a fenced in 1/2 acre property with an in ground and heated pool. EH Registry #18-531 expiration March 23, 2020. The sunny deck area is newly furnished for lounging or grilling and the wide open back yard can easily accommodate games like volleyball, bocci ball or just lounging by the pool. The house is within easy walking distance (10 minutes) to the EH village shops and train station and a quick (3 mile) bike ride to Main Beach. The house has a lovely front porch, a 2-car garage, large drive way and a wood fireplace in the family room and over 2,200 square foot of living space on two floors. In addition, the house is a 10 minute walk in either direction to popular summer farmers markets.

Great Girls Weekend!

We stayed at Oksana’s the weekend after Labor Day and it was awesome! We had 7 girls stay very comfortably. The pool set up can’t be beat and the yard is better than the pictures. We ended up not even needing the pool heater at all! Perfect location to downtown. You could definitely walk during the day but I would suggest Uber’s (which were never less than 4 minutes away) at night as there are no sidewalks. It’s a very cute, quiet neighborhood so a parade back to the house past dark would probably not be appreciated! We also used the bikes and took a ride up to the beach which takes you past a bunch of historical sites that are very charming. Another great feature is that there is an alarm on the sliding door that leads to the yard and pool. Although my daughter didn’t join us, I would definitely come back and feel very comfortable bringing kids. Oksana was VERY responsive and everything worked out perfectly!

Amazing summer weekend getaway

Our stay here was absolutely amazing. Oksana was so accommodating and let us check in early and check out late to let us maximize our weekend away from the city. Location was great and so close to town and the train station. Our highlight was definitely the outside entertaining area and the pool. Everything was perfect and we hope to come back again soon :)

East Hampton House

The house was great and exactly what was described on the listing. We were a group of 9 and had plenty of room. The property manager was great communicating how to get in the house, what was available, etc. The one thing that people should know is it does cost extra money to heat the pool for an extended amount of time. We were staying 2 nights and rented the house because of the heated pool. It also takes a day to heat the pool. The pool was great but if you’re staying a short time and expecting it to be heated from hour 1, then just know that! Overall, we had a great stay.

I was born and raised in New York, however have travelled and lived in many places in the U.S. and across the globe. I have always wanted to own property by the beach and be able to share it with others. While I currently live in New York City, I really enjoy having a place in the country and near the beach to relax on weekends.

I bought this property back in 2014 because I fell in love with East Hampton and Main Beach. It's only 2-3 miles from most of the southern beaches and yet on a nice secluded street with a large backyard and pool. I really liked the location with easy access to the village, the train station and beaches and yet far enough off the beaten trail for some quiet and seclusion.
