Ideally located in true Chianti, inside the estate PODERE LE RONDINI, we offer the ancient master-house called COLONICA villa for up to 22 people,that has been recently restored originating a villa made of 9 double-bedrooms(of which 5 double-bedrooms and 4 rooms that can be used as triple-, twin- or double-bedrooms), 10 bathrooms (each one with shower, bidet, wc, basin), 2 living-dining-rooms each one with fireplaces and TVs-sat, and each one with an equipped small kitchen with all you need to cook; in addition, there is 1 VERY LARGE KITCHEN fully equipped with a 4 ring stove, oven , fridge, freezer, dish-washer, microwave, moka (Italian Coffe-Maker), toaster and kettle. Next to it there is a diningroom able to sit up to 22 people. At guests' disposal there are: 2 private outdoor spaces in the garden/park, shaded and equipped with tables and chairs in order to relax or organize dinners or barbecues 'open-air'; private parking places; laundry-service on demand (we provide our guests with laundry bags to fill and give us); a swimmingpool 15x7,5 metres large.
