Enjoy your vacation at this charming and cozy three bedroom cottage, just 1/2 block from the beach and on a quiet cul de sac.

You're also just a short stroll to the Isle of Palms Recreation Center which features tennis and basketball courts, soccer and baseball fields, a large playground, and even a small community gym, as well as seasonal Farmers Market! This fully renovated and designer decorated home features all new furnishings, decor. The home is equipped with wood floors in living room, dining room, and all bedrooms and tile in the bathrooms.

The back patio is an oasis under a beautiful Oak canopy offering a cool and quiet area to enjoy the outdoors, a cookout with electric grill, time with family or an evening sitting by the fire pit enjoying the serenity of the island. This home is fully sealed and features a dehumidifier which improves air quality and comfort within the home, especially during summer!

Space on the island is limited, but Palm Ct. 5 offers a spacious driveway with comfortable parking for numerous vehicles. The kids can even enjoy a round of ping pong in the finished room above the garage, equipped with a window AC for added comfort. After a day of sand and sun, enjoy a rinse in the enclosed beach shower which offers both hot and cold water.

Perfect beach stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were happy to find, there was plenty of room inside this cozy house and nicely updated, just like the pictures. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The back yard was very private and makes for a nice place to relax and take in nature. The garage had another full size refrigerator and some beach equipment which was very thoughtful. I wish we had time to play ping pong upstairs. This was an easy walk to the beach.The coffee pot did not seem to work on day 4 and the staff was excellent getting a new one to me right away. Great stay and would highly recommend. Thank you!

The back yard area is great. The house is very close to the beach and an easy walk. The Cul de Sac that the house is on is quiet and shady. You will love this house as much as we did.

Great location

The walk to the beach really was super easy, which is what was most important to us. Loves the shady yard. Outdoor shower was super convenient. The house was perfect for our group of 6. I would have preferred just having a lock box to use instead of having to stop by the realty office for check-in/out, but that was a very minor inconvenience. Great place on a great beach with great waves!
