Your family will feel like you are vacationing at your own private resort! Lounge under the palms by your brand new, very large pool with a waterfall spa! The pool overlooks your private canal front boardwalk with over 150 ft of protected dock space, a 5 ft control depth, and a fish cleaning station with water. There is plenty of room to store your boat trailer (or trailers) on this expansive property. There is also a bait freezer and lockable storage area for all of your fishing and diving gear.

Take a stroll down the street (so close!) to fabulous Sombrero Beach! This lovely sandy beach on the Atlantic Ocean frames a shady park with picnic pavilions, volleyball courts, restrooms, and showers. Have a family picnic, launch your kayak, swim, snorkel, or just lie on the beach gazing at the Atlantic Ocean and the Sombrero Lighthouse in the distance. Make it a point to catch the sunrise at the beach during your stay, it is nothing short of magical!

When it's time to head back to the house you will find everything has been thought of to make your stay enjoyable. The home is awash in beautiful tropical colors to set a relaxing tone. The artist-owned home feels like a gallery with beautiful and transporting works around every corner. You will especially enjoy her original Chinese Brush Paintings!

The large great room with comfortable furniture and a dining table that seats six is the perfect place to gather for some quality family time. It also has a pull-out sofa for your extra guests. There is additional seating at the breakfast nook with pass-through bar to the well-equipped kitchen. The large kitchen makes meal prep a joy. The owners have thoughtfully stocked the home with everything you might need to prepare and serve up your catch!

Step out the back slider onto the large deck with plenty of room and dining for 6. It's the perfect spot to relax with a tropical drink overlooking the pool, canal, and lush landscaping.

The 2nd-floor master suite is bathed in sunlight and features a king bed, TV, and en suite bath with garden tub.

The first-floor guest bedroom features a beautiful 4-post queen bed, en suite bath, and balcony with seating overlooking the canal. It's the perfect spot for morning coffee or a romantic nightcap.

Just down the hall from the Master Suite, the second-floor guest room features 2 twin beds and ocean views!

Although there is no cable TV, the home is equipped with smart TVs throughout. You will be expected to use your own streaming services. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker.
