This newly furnished Coach Home offers over 1800 sq.ft. of space for your next getaway. You can drive into the gated community and pull into the second floor unit's attached garage. With 3 BR and 2.5 BA, this resort style condominium sleeps up to 6 people. You can prepare meals in the full kitchen with plenty of seating in the dining room. For quick meals, the breakfast nook or bar stools are perfect! This beautiful home offers a spacious master suite and 2 separate guest suites. There is a large sectional and 52 in. flat screen TV with Blu-Ray player in the living area to provide seating and entertainment for the entire family. This unit is non-smoking and no pets allowed.

A great place to stay

My wife and I plus an adult friend spent January in this lovely 3 bedroom condo. The second floor condo is large and spacious, with ceilings that seem to rise forever. The rooms are expansive, covered in marble tile. The condo is outfitted in what appears to be a decorator-inspired informal and light-hearted shore theme. The kitchen appliances and cooking tools provided are true Professional grade. There are four places to eat: stools at the kitchen counter; a breakfast table; a full dining table; plus a dining table on the balcony. The LR flat screen TV is the largest I’ve seen in a private dwelling; the lighting is everywhere; the large screened balcony gets sun much of the day. The mattresses combine firmness with softness. Full beach and recreation gear is provided. We have met the owners and dealt with them on several subsequent occasions. They are friendly, gracious, responsive and excellent landlords.

A Perfect Home Away From Home!

My wife and I recently spent a week at this condo and we were very pleased with our selection. The condo was very spacious, newly furnished, nicely decorated and full of light. The master bedroom and bath were quite large, and the mattress was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked several meals during our stay. The sectional sofa was very comfortable and the entertainment center was perfect for a couple of movie nights. We enjoyed having our morning coffee and an afternoon drink on the screened in deck, which had a nice view of the canal. The internet had a fast connection and I was able to easily work from the condo a couple of mornings. I think that the condo would also work well for a family with kids as there were also two other bedrooms (one with bunk beds) and a second full bathroom (plus a powder room). I could envision taking my in-laws and kids next time! We were also pleased with the location. The condo was in a large development that featured a marina, several restaurants, bars and shops only a 5 minute walk away. We went over to one of the outdoor bars a couple of evenings to enjoy a drink and listen to the band and found it very relaxing. The condo itself was quiet and we had no noise issues. A grocery store, other restaurants, a park, the beach, etc. were only a short drive away. We would definitely recommend this condo and are already planning to stay there again next year!

My husband and I are from Greensboro, NC. We purchased this beautiful property because of the location in regards to the local beaches. We also love boating, so the marina was a bonus. Our family enjoys the shops, restaurants, pools, tennis and basketball courts as well as the playground associated with the Cape Harbour development.
