In the early mornings, you will find blissful peace on Magnolia Pointe 402/4878's balcony. The view of Myrtlewood Golf Course before duffers get to work is so peaceful and comforting, and those moments will be needed. As your vacation destination, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina has a pulse and a life of its own, so you might as well take advantage of it.

With high ceilings and comfortable furniture, the living area is spacious and roomy, and all of the pieces are centered around the large flat-screen TV. The dining area, located next to the great room, has a very nice wooden table and six chairs, as well as four matching bar stools. This Myrtle Beach condo comes with all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare a gourmet meal or a PBJ sandwich.

A good mattress is essential when you're away from home, and Magnolia Pointe 402/4878 won't disappoint. This property has a master bedroom with a king/swing bed, a private bathroom, and a flat-screen TV.

During the summer, the traffic in Myrtle Beach, SC and the Grand Strand can be challenging at certain times. Magnolia is nestled just off 48th Avenue North in the Myrtlewood Golf community. As a result, many attractions are within a 15-minute drive. Broadway at the Beach is a must-see on any vacation. You can find shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, a movie theater, kiddie rides, and even an upside-down house right next door.

Also nearby are The House of Blues, Alabama Theater, and Carolina Opry for live entertainment. Dolly Parton's "Pirate's Voyage" and "Medieval Times" are action dinner theaters.

Within minutes of Magnolia, you will find Tanger Outlets, the Coastal Grand Mall, and hundreds of beach shops.

Cleaning and Sanitation - We take special care in cleaning and sanitizing our units between guests. Microban and Lysol are used throughout the entire unit, especially on high touch surfaces. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo exceeded expectations with the exception that the lock on the patio doors was broken. Would have been nice to have had some dish cloths and towels which we ended up buying (dollar general) and leaving there for the next guests.Location was perfect for the courses we played.Would definitely stay here again based on condo location and condition, as well dealing with the property management was a good experience

Great view for golfers

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I first got into the condo, they were a few issues that were quickly resolved by Palmetto vacations. The con itself was roomy and very sufficient. It was quiet because we were on the fourth floor. Parking was easy and the neighbors were real nice.I am definitely staying there next year and hope you do too

Disappointed.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When I entered the rental everything looked good and in place. when I checked the balcony, I noticed that it did not lock, which was not too bad as it was the fourth floor. At this point I thought I might still make it work. Then I checked the master suite and noticed that the mattress was cupping through the bedspread and looked to be 12 inches at best, when it was new. I am here on vacation and did not want to wake up sorer then when I went to sleep. At this I left the rental locking the door and drove back to the management company where I returned the Keys and the paperwork as well as sent a message to the management office to let them know I was returning everything. At this point, while it is the week after Christmas, I have not heard anything back from the management company other than to say they would pass the information on to management.

Beach vacay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Terrible check-in process, a lot of communication prior to arrival but hardly any after arrival and after finding a very dirty apartment. We arrived late and found a lot of things hadn’t been cleaned such as trash, dirty clothes, and food under the bed. We also found a marijuana butt in the master bathroom. Since we had a late arrival, we had to email any issues with pictures to the housekeeping manager and the proper manager. We ended up laundering and cleaning bedsheets, trash, and everything else just to allow our family to rest. I didn’t hear from the proper manager until almost 4 pm the next day and was not able to get a refund or move to another apartment as I requested. By this point, we had cleaned everything and decided to try to enjoy what was left of our vacation. In the end, we were refunded the $195 housekeeping fee.
