Beach Front Home On Cape San Blas

A $250 credit toward any amount of beach gear is available for this home. When you book Avalon by the Sea you can now get Beach Gear delivered directly to the home. All you need to do is select your gear, and we'll have it delivered to you the day of your arrival! This offer applies for 3-14 night reservations only. Place your order 48 hours prior to arrival by 5 pm to avoid late fees.

Avalon by the Sea is a large, beach front home! This home offers amazing views of the gulf from just about every room in the house. Avalon by the Sea features tons of living space.

This home has 2 king bedrooms on the first floor. Both of these rooms have bathrooms and gorgeous views of the ocean. On the next floor you will find the wide open kitchen, dining and living areas as well as a half bath. On the top floor, there are two gulf side king bedrooms, one with it's own private bath. There is also an additional sleeping area here that is perfect for children! There is a built in twin/twin bunk and an extra twin bed.

There is also a full bathroom on the ground floor of the home which is perfect for people that are out enjoying the pool area. There is a gas grill and outdoor shower as well. It is decorated beautifully with style and comfort all rolled into one. You're on your way to..."Avalon by the Sea"

Limited parking for larger vehicles. Pool can not be heated.

Coastal Joe's Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I wanted to let you know first how much my husband and I appreciated Coastal Joe's for looking out for us and making sure our stay was wonderful. The concern your office took when the original rental house had a roof leak was so caring and kind. We were even more grateful knowing we were in a safe place when we had a big storm and high winds one night. We felt snug and secure in the beautiful home you provided. The accommodations were perfect. This was our first trip to Cape San Blas.We will be back regularly from now on. It is so convenient to Port Saint Joe and Appilachicola for day trips and restaurants. Avalon By The Sea had such a well stocked kitchen, we cooked two meals a day and enjoyed local restaurants for the other. This was such a peaceful vacation. We were amazed at how beautiful the stars were at night. It was the best beach I have ever spent time on. We found a very minor issue with the bathroom pocket door, the latch was falling off, so minora detail, if we had any screws we would have fixed it ourselves. The house was beautiful, comfortable and accommodated our every need.Even our checkout was great, we left on a Sunday morning while the office was closed and dropped off the keys under the kind supervision of a gorgeous orange feline Coastal Joe employee. Thank you for a wonderful vacation! We will be contacting you to make reservations in the fall!

Avalon By the Sea

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time. The only thing that seemed unreasonable was the trash situtaion. It doesnt seem reasonable that we drag the trash cans so far up that huge rocky road. It seemed like a 1/8 of a mile on a very uneven path. Paying that much for a rental should not require that chore. We also should not be required to collect all trash in the house if we are paying a cleaning fee. Those two things were unreasonable. Enough for us not to stay again with the kind of rental fee we paid ($$$$). The house was beautiful and well stocked. The only thing I would suggest is stocking trash bags if you require so much from renters related to the trash. Having the option for Coastal Joe beach rentals was very nice. The views were beautiful and the staff was helpful.

Excellent Beach house

The beach house was perfect. Our family had an incredible vacation. We loved the house, the location, the 4 master suites, and the amenities. Cape San Blas is indeed a hidden gem, and so is this beach house. We will certainly be coming back again.

Pretty perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is really perfect. Best kitchen amenities of any house give ever rented. Location is great, beds are great, the elevator is a huge help, and the house is always very clean. Each floor has its own HVAC. The ONLY thing I wish it had is a small table and chairs on the kitchen deck. CJ is always very helpful & nice.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience at the Avalon. Quick responses from Management Company. The location was amazing, neighbors were nice and the unit was well accommodated. Only minor complaint was cleanliness, doors, handles, etc. were a little sticky and vents needed to be wiped down but than that it was perfect.
