Well kept holiday house in a quiet location next to the mountain with nice views to the sea and Dénia. The house consists of a small entrance hall, a living room with TV/SAT, a renovated open plan kitchen equipped with gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and big fridge with freezer. The dining room is situated on the glazed terrace with view to the pool and the sea and exit to the terrace.
A few steps lead down to the 8x4m swimming pool with roman steps, and a barbecue (according to municipal ordinance no barbecue with charcoal can be used from the 1st of June until the 15th of October). There are two double bedrooms, with two single beds each. All with air conditioning (see price list), and two bathrooms. The plot is approx. 800m2, is fenced and has a parking garage.
Distance to sea 4km, to town 3km, bar/restaurants 2km. Car needed. Pets allowed on request.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
