uma localização central e perto da praia (7 apartamento minutos a pé. excelente área comercial com lojas de todos os tipos, Mercadona, etc ... É essencial que se utilize o veículo. As lojas de departamento nas proximidades, Carrefour, etc .. transportes urbanos e áreas de lazer perto. Você pode estacionar nas ruas circundantes. Apartamento novo, com sala de estar, cozinha,. WC completo, 2 quartos, um com cama de casal e outro com duas camas de solteiro e um sofá-cama na sala de estar, adequados para 6 lugares. Varanda com vista para a piscina. Móveis, eletrodomésticos, ar condicionado, TDT TV, livre Canal Satélite, Internet Wi-Fi, Leitor de DVD, USB, MP3. Inclui enxoval (sem toalhas) e cozinha (no sítio onde ele tem visto o meu anúncio, são todos os dados de localização e fotos) ..

Wonderful and relaxing

This was our first time at Manuel's apartment. Although we have stayed at Santa Gema for several years. We stayed here for 2 weeks in august 2017. The apartment was lovely and clean. Everything we needed was to hand. The air conditioning was a wonderful addition as it was extremely hot weather. The apartment is situated close to all amenities, the beach, shops, tapas bars and restaurants. We would love to return next year to Manuel's apartment. . Swansea Wales UK.

comfortable,well equipped.

had stayed in an apartment in the same block for 5 or 6 years previous, so knew what to expect.Its quieter than the lower floor,being on the 5th floor means nobody upstairs moving furniture around at 4 in the morning(which seems to be a hobby over there).everything you need for a comfortible holiday, just bring some towels.supermarket is very close and a pharmacy.if you hire a car,parking is not a problem out on the street.the market is no longer there on a friday so you dont have to mess around moving the car on thursday night.if you take packed lunches out,as we do to the beach,you'll need some lunch boxes,not a big problem if you forget as the supermarket down the road sells a nest of 4 quite cheaply.air con works,its on a time switch of some sort as it will power down at some point in the night, which is good as you dont freeze in your sleep and reduces air con dry throat syndrome. plenty of large fans to keep you cool though.take extra plug adaptors as there are none there, but if you've done this kind of holiday before you'll know that anyway.town is about 5 min walk,the beaches are a bit further to walk to and if you take a lot of stuff with you would be a bit of a grind and they get rammed full of people. if you have a car we always head towards alicante on the N332 turn off right at the Montesenos turn and down a service road running parallel to the N332 to a hotel called El Campomar (its only a 10 min drive, there's paid parking 3 euoros all day and as much beach as you can handle with sun loungers 6 euros each per day and places to get drinks and snacks. best place to eat? el muelles on the main front. looks posh and expensive but is as cheap as anywhere else, very buisy but fantastic food and good wine.if you like rock music Monroes rock bar is a must, ask for a track and they'll play it,I usually write a whole list and they work through them no matter what they are,been going there for nearly 20 years..

the lady who drops the keys off and collects/returns your damage deposit speaks no English, so if you dont speak Spanish have a good translator on your phone.

would i stay there again? most deffinately yes.

Great location for getting around the area, would recommend this apartment

Despite having visited Spain on many occasions this is the first time that we have been to Torrevieja and the surrounding area and we couldn't have wished for a better apartment location which was great just around the corner from the bus station and Mercadona. There are also plenty of local shops, bars and cafes within walking distance with every major supermarket you could think of within reach by bus.

We really liked the fact that the area is not full of English bars so we could feel that we were in Spain.

We enjoy walking and there is plenty to explore from here with the option of getting a bus home. Bus fares are very reasonable, we flew into Alicante and caught the service bus to the bus station just around the corner which only cost 6.92 euros each.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and is in a secure gated apartment block. Check in and out was a smooth process but it is helpful to understand a little Spanish as the lady responsible for this does not speak any English.The balcony is quite small and would not accommodate the maximum number of guests that the apartment would. There were only two of us so not an issue. The wifi in the apartment was a real bonus as we were able to easily plan our next day out from the comfort of the settee. Use of heating/air conditioning unit was also included although we didn't need to use either as weather and temperature were perfect for us during our stay.

Would definitely stay here again

A Really Good Apartment

Apartment is in a great central position just minutes from the beach and seafront . There are plenty of little cafes just a few steps from the apartment and also shops a supermarket and the bus station are all really close also . All in all a great place for a break , and the owner is very helpful .
