Absolutely Gorgeous & Gulf Front! Book Now before it Fills Up! The Best of the Best! This fabulous Gulf front property on the 21st floor has bright open spaces to be able to take in gorgeous views from east to west. Everything is UPGRADED! This unit boasts custom granite counters throughout, tile bar backsplash in the kitchen, tile throughout, and much more!

The large kitchen/living/dining combo is perfect for a larger group to spread out but still spend time together. The living room has a 60 inch Smart TV with an attached Blu-ray player. The dining area has 6 chairs, with bar seating there's a place for everyone, All 3 bedrooms are equipped with 42 inch Smart TV's. The primary bedroom has a comfortable king bed, adjacent primary bathroom has a jetted tub, walk in shower, and separate commode closet. The second guest bedroom features another king bed, with adjacent bathroom with tub/shower condominium. The third guest bedroom offers 2 queen beds, with a private bath including tub/shower surround. There is a bonus full bath in the hallway, with walk in shower. There is a full size dining table with 6 chairs on the balcony for sunrise or sunset get togethers. We are sure that 2110 will be your families vacations destination year after year!

****The Association handles the parking passes and as June 01, 2024 parking passes will be purchased prior to arrival through https://oasisoba.square.site . The cost will be $60.00 per vehicle and only two passes are allowed for all units. Monthly reservations will be charged $45 per month. Parking prices are controlled by the HOA and are subject to change without notice.

Great Condo!

My family and I enjoyed our time in Orange Beach, Alabama. The condo was phenomenal with a direct view of the ocean. The patio overlooked gorgeous ocean views. We had 5 total people staying in the condo and the size was perfect. It was spacious and you never felt on top of each other. The only drawback was the elevators took a bit long. Believe some were not working when we were there. Outside of that, the beach was amazing and you are close to many restaurants and attractions.

The Oasis

Great facilities on the property. The condo was pretty much as depicted in the listing, except we found the kitchen supplies a little lacking. We had to go out and buy a skillet to cook eggs for breakfast. Other than that, everything was great!

Celebrating my husband’s birthday with our adult children and their significant others.

The kids and I gave my husband tickets to Kenny Chesney for his birthday. Our family and 2 others traveled here to see the concert. We forgot how crowded it is on a holiday weekend. We bought two parking passes and could not find a parking place after the concert Saturday night. We stopped and ask at the desk on level two and the guys said yes sometimes we have to many cars. We ask do you not compare parking spots to the number of passes sold? The response was this is just how it is, after we had paid $90 for two parking spots. Also the elevator situation was very frustrating as we waited 45 minutes Friday for one . Then about 40 the next day. Since we were on the 21st floor we could not move our stuff up by stairs. The condo had 1 skillet and 1 can opener that did not work. This condo would be good if you do not wish to cook, because the kitchen is sparsely stocked. Also very few towels for 6 people.

Fall Break Vacation

We had a short Fall Break vacation here and had the best time! The condo was very clean upon arrival. It looked just like what was pictured. The washer/ dryers are a bit older and took a long time to cycle. This was our first visit to Phoenix West II, though had many stays at Phoenix West. I will say I was a bit disappointed by the lazy river area. There were never any floats available, many popped or deflated laying around, and tons of kids taking them on the water slide where they aren't meant to go. I say this to know to bring your own if you go. The weather this time of year is wonderful and what keeps bringing us back! We rented chairs at the beach and it was perfect.
