There is one bedroom on the first floor, a large master suite with two single beds. This bedroom is served by a modern, well fitted bathroom with bath and shower over and has direct access to a large private terrace with beautiful countryside and distant sea views. The third bedroom is downstairs and has a king sized bed/ ceiling fan and has direct access to the outside terrace and is served by a modern shower room and downstairs toilet.

On the first floor is a small inside terrace which is ideal for reading/relaxing and has an amazing view of the hillside and surrounding area.

The villa has electric radiators in all rooms - perfect for Winter rentals. Cost of electricity used between November and March will be charged extra to the weekly price. The living room has a new log burning fire, a new corner unit sofa, a 3 seater leather sofa and a reclining leather chair, large 50" flat screen television, DVD player (with plenty of DVDs)and access to paid internet connection and Wi-Fi.

There is a large dining area complete with a dining table and chairs with seating for 6 people. The large modern kitchen is well equipped with plenty of crockery and all the utensils you will need. Meals can be enjoyed in the dining room, or at the large oak table in the kitchen which seats up to 6 people, or alfresco as there are plenty of tables and chairs out on the large patio area. Meals can either be prepared in the well stocked kitchen or outside on the large BBQ.

The large pool terrace is completely private and enjoys the magnificent country views to enable total relaxation to enjoy your holiday in an amazing peaceful & safe environment.
