The apartment is in the historical center of Amalfi, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral, the sea, the bus station that connects Amalfi to Positano, Sorrento, Naples, Ravello, Salerno, Pompei etc, and from the port where ferries for Capri and Ischia leave from.
Although it is in the center of Amalfi, the apartment is very quiet because it can be reached by stairs (115
steps) and is not affected by traffic noise.
The stairs are part of the landscape, the path is full of picturesque corners, typical of the area.
It is close to restaurants, cafés, banks and other facilities.
The apartment can be reached by public transport, and indeed it is suggested to come to Amalfi and move along the coast by it; however, if you prefer to travel by your own car, a pay garage is available, close to the apartment.
It is a typical amalfitana house, with vaulted ceilings reaching up to 4 meters in the central area.
The apartment has been recently refurbished ; the refurbishing has been carried out keeping to the original architectural style and employing the typical hand- painted vietrese ceramics; it is large and sunny, it is equipped with wi-fi, heating and air conditioning. The furniture is modern with some Art Nouveau pieces. From the terrace, which is approximately 25 square metres wide and furnished with table, chairs and a beach umbrella, one can enjoy a most pleasant view of the Torre dello Ziro.
Safety and wellness of our guests are our first concern: that's why we decided to extend our hygiene procedures in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) emergency. The apartment has been sanitized according to the safety protocol released by the regional authority (certificate issued by Realvalle Group S.n.c. on 28/06/2020). Professional cleaners will grant the highest level of hygiene, sanitizing the apartment each time a guest leaves, only using sanitizing products approved by the competent governing bodies.
In August the minimum stay is 7 days.
