It is located in the Luberon Regional Natural Park which overlooks the Durance valley.
This well-kept house is ideal for spending a peaceful holiday surrounded by olive, cherry and other trees on the property.
Also, you will find all the necessary comfort for your stay in a simple and refined decoration privileging practicality and functionality.
As soon as you arrive, you will benefit from free private parking * within the property, whose access is closed and secure.
Each room in the house has an opening to the outside, allowing good ventilation and lots of light.
Inside, the air conditioning can cool you down as needed.
The main entrance of the house leads to a large living / dining room with television, TNT and broadband Internet access.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped.
Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms await you with 140 × 200 cm double beds (65 × 65 cm pillows) with good quality bedding.
We can lend you a cot if needed, please request it at the time of booking.
The very bright bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and a cabinet with integrated double sinks.
The toilets are separate.
Outside: a large semi-covered terrace, facing south, with garden furniture and deckchairs.
Finally, the house has a cellar with direct access from the outside to store your provisions and other personal belongings.
Access to the various areas of the property: swimming pool, garden, pétanque court ...
The swimming pool is shared, secure and fenced.
It is maintained daily.
A shower and sun loungers are available.
A wooden pergola will provide you with shade if you wish!
We live on the property, in the family farmhouse.
We will be there to welcome you to the Oliviers du Petit Saint-Julien property and we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
N.B .: We reserve the right to accept or not and under pricing conditions any additional person during high season periods .
* Free private parking = 1 car. Indeed, for the visual, environmental and safety respect of each one, we ask that the additional vehicles including those of the guests are parked outside (public parking at 50 m).
