Coral Villa2 is luxury south facing 4 bedroom villa, and is the most sought after villa on the popular five star Sunset Beach Club, it is closer to the sea & private beach than any other rental villa. It offers a private pool, a large parasol and sun protection awnings for shade, magnificent panoramic sea, island & mountain views from bedrooms, lounge, & patio.

We have chosen to make our second family home on this beautiful stretch of the Mediterranean coast. We use the villa as a family retreat and offer it to guests when we are not using it. Because it is our home it has been furnished to a very high standard with luxurious beds, plenty of wardrobe space and everything you need, for either a short or long stay, it even has central heating if you want to staying the winter!

Calis, where the villa is situated, is blessed with many restaurants and bars that cater for everyone's taste and budget, with the majority set out along the two mile promenade and facing out to sea. most Turkish people here speak very good English and you are never alone with Google translate!

For the adrenaline junkies there is parascending, paragliding and diving. for all of us, there are boat trips round the many islands, cable car up the mountain, bicycle hire, jeep safaris and sight seeing around the ancient ruined citie,s or just relax by our private pool.

To meet all internet needs, the villa is connected to fiber WiFi with speeds up to 600mbs and the internet is free.

Brilliant location

Lovely 10 night stay in August 2023, villa is in a fantastic location, 100 yards from the beach and 20 mins walk to Calis Beach restaurants and shops. Everything you need in the villa, air con all round and lots of space. Kids had a great time in the pool at the back plus the other 4 or 5 on site. Only minor point was lack of blackout curtains in the bedrooms, the sun is up from 5.30am in August and can be a little bright in the mornings

Loved it!

From start to finish this was seamless. Communication before our stay was great from the owner and property manager Bayram. We were collected from airport by private transfer, straight to our own gate. The Villa was spotless and perfect size for us with my 70 years old mum down to our youngest age 11.everything we needed was provided. The aircon was fab, much needed, and being able to jump in our own private pool was just perfect! and my hubby and I slept so well on the mattress in the master bedroom. Bayram was always on hand to answer any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Thank you to the Auty family for sharing their lovely home.

Excellent holiday

Villa was really great with everything we needed for a family of 5 including 3 teenagers. We have stayed at Sunset Beach Resort before but this villa was the best in terms of location, check in, nice touches in the villa. Everyone had a great time.

Beautiful villa

We loved our stay in this gorgeous villa, the garden and pool especially made it for us. The check in process with Bayram meeting us was brilliant and the little touches of food and drink left for us was very special! Thank you!

Fantastic place to spend your holidays!

It was a spontaneous decision we’ve made: to go to Turkey seaside with preference of villa rather than ordinary hotel. And we weren’t disappointed anyhow! Warm welcoming of Bayram, property manger onsite, his kind support and guidance worth 5 stars! Thankful for all his help: from ordering a taxi, organisation of a car rental, quick response at all times! About the property. It is a modern, well-furnitured villa with all needed amenities in the kitchen and all over the place: Bath and beach towels, sanitary items, hair-dryers, iron, fresh linens.. We felt like home there! The private pool is something special. It was maintained every morning with service of fresh water filling, cleansing and dry-leaves were always cleaned on time. Really enjoyed staying at the pool. We enjoyed having pleasant evening dinners with BBQ on the terrace. About the surroundings. The villa is assembled in the Sunset Beach Club resort and has all what’s needed: a small shop, spa center, restaurant, bar, cascade of pools for common usage. It is better than a hotel, we are sure! Location of the property. It is literally 50 steps, and you’re at the seashore. Marvelous location! For travelers who want to see places of interest nearby - beautiful Fethiye is close, we have visited couple of beaches like: new Sea Me beach, Help beach, Kidrak beach, etc. Special thanks to Neil, the property owner, who kindly responded to my inquiries at the planning stage! Calis is renowned as one of the ten best places in the world to see the sunset, before the complex was constructed we used to sit on the beach and soak up the views and soak up the sun and dream, when the chance to buy the villa came up we went ahead immediately and it has proved to be a dream come true.

All manner of activities are within easy reach including scuba diving, para sailing, windsurfing, snorkeling, paragliding, horse riding quad bike tours and within two minutes of the villa the surf club with tuition by world champion kite surfers and bar and restaurant under the trees. On the complex you can book to direct pick ups for all tours including the Blue Lagoon at Olundeniz, Tlos, 12 island cruise, Kaya, Saklikent gorge, Pamukkale, Antalya, Patara and Dalyan, Turtle's Beach, butterfly valley or charter a boat for the day and go where you please. We are also unique in that we reduce the Easter school holiday rates in May by 80%!
