Ginger Haven is the premier location on the IOP. Centrally located in the middle of the complex at 1300 Ocean Blvd. The unit is an ocean front condominium on the 2nd floor over looking the ocean with unobstructed panoramic ocean views. The unit has a private balcony to sit, relax and watch the waves. The Condo is steps to the beach. A fishing pier juts out into the ocean and is for the exclusive use of guests at the Sea Cabins! An oceanfront swimming pool for the exclusive use of out guests at the Sea Cabins awaits you. Pier fishing, oceanfront swimming pool, beautiful wide beach, restaurants/shopping a block away. What is their not to like? Even the grocery store on the Island is an easy five minute walk from Gingers Haven.
The condo does require that you are able to climb stairs. The complex does not have an elevator.

The cozy condo has queen-size bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, and two small bunk beds tucked in an alcove. The unit has 1 bathroom. You have a fully equipped kitchen. Free WIFI. We invite you to come enjoy a relaxing and fulfilling vacation at our little hide away in coastal South Carolina. Voted The top vacation destination in the US.

Great little place to stay. Just ended up there at the wrong time.

We enjoyed the entire stay until the big shoot out. My daughter was terrified and we had to leave a day early. She and I had sat in the beach Tuesday through Friday and enjoyed some much watching the families all having such a relaxing time. Children playing, etc. then Friday was senior skip day for several schools and they all piled in on our beach accesses. By the end there was a shooting. People were running everywhere. My daughter was terrified and we had to quickly pack up and leave. As we left both bridges were at a stand still and for Atleast 7-8 blocks you could see kids running to there cars. They had parked and walked that far. I am certain there were 500+kids on the beach. The police told us as they sat on their four wheelers on the beach that the kids were not doing anything wrong and it was not a private beach and they couldn’t make them leave. It was a mess! A scary mess! I also wish the laundry was better equipped. There were not enough and no available soap. It was a nice week , but we would probably not choose to stay here again. It was nice, but definitely not great.

Just ok.

Good location. Property was overall clean except table top fan in bedroom which was too dirty to use with my allergies. Upon entering and checking thermostat, sign stated not to set below 72 or unit could freeze up. This information was not provided in listing; if it had been I would not have rented this unit.

Best place for 2!

It was a great place to stay and be out the door and on the beach! Also with the adventures, like Fort Moultrie, and riding over on boat to Fort Sumter, and visiting a plantation close by. This place is the get away to just relax at night and be ready for the next day. I highly recommend this place and the owner was very nice! Thank you again, really enjoyed the time spent there.

Nice location! Property showing signs of aging.

Location was nice, but could hear upstairs neighbors. Property is showing some ware. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with cooking items, and dishes. Beds and linens were nice.

The condominium was where mom fell in love with the Ocean and lived by the beach when she taught school in Charleston SC. she loves the the isle of palms! She taught school in Ohio and South Carolina. I hope everyone enjoys the views like she did when she lived and taught in the beautiful low country! Hear the waves crash while sitting on your balcony or lounging in the living room. See the waves from the living room and balcony the views are wonderful! oceanfront 15 yards from the beach!

Convenient grocery and Simmons seafood store just a short two block walk, restaurants 1 block.... if you want to RELAX or just play, this is definitely The place to visit! Both romantic and family oriented friendly environment. .Located in the heart of Isle of Palms, this cozy condo (490 square feet) is perfectly positioned. You are just steps from the beach and in walking distance to the Island’s best restaurants, shops, and park. While on the Islands you can go Swimming, Body Surfing, Play Volleyball, Dine at Oceanfront Restaurants, Bike the Beaches, Jog, Cruise the Inter coastal Waterway, Sail, Surf, Windsurf, Take in some Live Music, Shop the Boutiques.

Check out the Scuba Diving or go Deep Sea Fishing. Relax at a Spa or try Horseback Riding. Kayak, Para-sail, Water Ski, Fish, go 'Crabin or Shrimpin,' Walk the Beach for shells, Take a Sunset Cruise, Charter a small boat, Explore Uninhabited Islands, Play some of the South’s finest Golf Courses.

The views fresh seafood, sunsets, sunrises........playing on the beach, sea turtles nesting in the spring, surfing, long romantic walks on the beach. Fishing off the pier . All the wonderful things the low country has to offer! boat rentals and bike rental nearby You will have a beautiful ocean view from your private balcony to watch the shrimp fleet, kites and windsurfers, PODS OF DOLPHINS come through on occasion . Take a dip in the pool, fish from the private fishing pier or walk over the sand dunes walkway to the beach.shopping nearby and several restaurants also grocery and seafood store . The isle of Palms is not not overly touristy (a nice quiet community with 2 or 3 souvenir shops) so it makes a nice place to bring the whole family. if you want to RELAX or play this is definitely THE PLACE to VISIT! It is great for all vacations whether A great romantic getaway a family vacation or a friends get together !

Washers and dryers are located in the pool house. Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals and BICYCLES, are available 1 or 2 blocks away they will set up for you.
