WE LIVE IN OUR HOME AT LEAST 8 MONTHS OUT OF THE YEAR FROM MID OCTOBER TO MID MAY! We pride ourselves in providing quality accommodations for our guests, many who are repeat renters. Thank you.

New kitchen and laundry room, Winter 2021 all completed. New stools white/grey are already in. New bedroom furniture in the master on the main.. New couch March 2/20 and March 2/22.

ALL OF OUR TV'S ARE TCL WHICH HAVE BUILT-IN ROKU. THE PROVIDER IS SPECTRUM. OUR LARGE TV IN THE LIVING ROOM IS A SAMSUNG WITH ROKU AS WELL. THERE ARE NO BOXES FOR ANY OF OUR TV'S. The wifi and modem/router are located in the den upstairs. DO NOT MOVE! Please make sure you sign out of any APPS before you leave.

ALL NEW FLOORING ON THE MAIN FLOOR JAN. 2019. NEW 1/2 BATH ON THE MAIN FLOOR. NEW MASTER BATH ON MAIN JAN. 1 2018 and THE UPSTAIRS MASTER BATHROOM WAS NEW IN JANUARY 2017. NEW 55" SAMSUNG 4k HDR FLAT SCREEN IN LIVING ROOM JAN. 6 2018. New dining room chairs March 2018. NEW DISHWASHER 2/23/18 and new Microwave 4/23 . We are directly across the from the beach entrance. We have a gate on our home that is at the entrance to the Islander's Beach parking lot. At the beach pavilion there are bathrooms, an outdoor shower, and a playground. The Town of Hilton Head built a pavilion on the beachwalk if people choose to relax there. "The Lyons" #3 is located in Port Royal Village and steps away from the Islander's Beach, and the Westin hotel. Our swimming pool is heated March, April, October and can be seen from the front porch. We purchased our home in May 2014 keeping in mind we wanted a newer, large condo, with high ceilings, within a short walk to the beach with pool, and gas grills. We also wanted a place that would be perfect for families, golfers, tennis groups, girl's weekends, etc. etc. Our new home has met 100% of our criteria and we love it.
The two-story updated 2044 square foot home has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and a 1/2 bath on the main floor. There are new LVP floors throughout the house except 2 bathrooms with new tile. The master bedroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, large laundry room and 1/2 bath are on the first floor. There is a den on the second floor which is separate from the three other bedrooms. All bathrooms are updated. Of course there is wireless internet too!
We have a plethora of kitchen supplies. There are all white plates, cereal bowls, smaller plates, coffee mugs, dining bowls, all silverware, steak knives for 12 people and all kinds of utensils for cooking, peeling, grating. I have thought of everything, even a salad spinner. There are large glasses, medium glasses, juice glasses and also a set of acrylic glasses. Regular wine glasses and the stemless wine glasses. There is a plethora of Corningware, serving bowls, mixing bowls, platters, 3 size sauce pots, 5 different size frying pans, pasta pot, seafood pot and large electric griddle and crockpot. There is a blender, electric can opener, 12 cup coffee pot, Keurig(regular pods only) 4 slice toaster, microwave, waffle iron and pancake griddle. If you do not see it on the list, please ask me and I am sure it is here.

First Floor-King/new 72" vanity, 2 sinks in Bathroom(silestone countertop with Moen faucets) and a new walk-in shower, flat screen TV
First floor-Living room with 2 new couches 3/21 and 3/22 and 4 chairs
First floor-1/2 bath
First Floor-laundry room with new washer and new dryer
2nd floor-Den area- Queen sofa bed with new mattress(1/2020) and flat screen TV and a love seat
2nd floor-Bedroom 2- 2 Twins with tub/shower combo, new marble countertop with new vanity with one sink, Moen faucet and new lighting and flat screen TV
2nd floor-Bedroom 3-2 Queens with new shower with bathroom amenities identical to the twin beds bathroom, flat screen TV
2nd floor-Bedroom 4-King with new bathroom and flat screen TV
We are so excited to be able to walk out of the condo, through the adjacent gate(Folly Field Rd) and be standing at the parking lot of the Islander's Beach Park. No car is necessary and it is a 3-4 minute walk to the beach. At this beach the pavilion has bathrooms and outdoor showers. Should you need to drive to the beach, the parking is only for Island residents. However, if you are just dropping off people you may do so or have a handicapped sticker may park there.
Port Royal Village abuts Port Royal golf course which has The Port Royal Golf and Tennis club with 2 golf courses, a driving range, 8 har-tru tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts and a Clubhouse with a restaurant. The club is less than .5 miles from our home.
When you sit on our front porch with three white rockers and bistro table with 2 chairs, you overlook the pool where there are comfortable lounge chairs, table with umbrella and chairs..
There is parking for 4 cars underneath our home and shelters your cars from the sun and heat.

Excellent Location
Our family of 9 adults and two children had a wonderful experience staying at Nancy's home. The location is perfect for a family....beach is in walking distance, small children's playground very close and the pool and hottub was just a few steps away . Situated in a quiet neighborhood, but close to restaurants, grocery stores and golfing. The home had all we needed to make us feel at home. Definitely would recommend.

Totally updated home. Very spacious home with high ceilings in all rooms. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Very close to the beach. We truly care about our renters and providing the perfect vacation home. We continually update our home while here. We live here at least 8 months during the year and keep our home in excellent condition.
