Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was average at best! A ceiling leak on the first day of our stay turned our vacation into a disappointment. Many experiences changed this condominium’s expectations and our experience. This was unfortunate. Our unit was very average and a real basic rental experience. Would not recommend this unit to anyone unfortunately. Many better other experiences for a getaway.

Pelican Isle 404 by the shore

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely reetreat with my husband celebrating our anniversary. Well maintained condo overlooking the ocean and beach. Very peaceful and restful and clean. We had an issue getting in because we had the wrong door code but they quickly responded. Professional communication from everyone including Al who works at Pelican Isle and our housekeeper Tenesia. Great amenities. Can use a pizza cutter. And perhaps a listing of restaurants or things to do as we don't know how to use Alexa.

VRBO picture trap

The picture displayed is not the furnishings in the unit. I can't believe anyone would put a METAL table on the balcony. The chairs on the balcony are tattered and torn. Apparently, somebody fixed a leak in the ceiling, in the past (not very well). So now there is black mold growing on the ceiling near the sprinkler system. Luckily you cannot mess up the beach....
