Enjoy your vacation at the heart of the French Riviera, in a quiet and charming residence and the comfort of a cosy apartment equipped with brand new air conditionning.

Fully renovated in 2017, all has been conceived for the well-being of our returning and new guests.

You will love to relax on the terrace and enjoy the view on the little hill, green spaces and palm trees.

You will be charmed by the huge swimming pool while young kids can take advantage of a small pool specially designed for them. 2 tennis courts.

Private parking inside the residence. You actually don't need a car as you will be close to shops, bus lines and train station.

Washer and dryer. Microwave and traditional oven. Barbecue. Hair dryer...

Internet Wifi (wireless) access. French and international TV channels.

Where to rent a bike? where to sail ? A good bakery ? I am always happy to share information with you to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Options (NEW: included for all guests staying in July and August) : possibility to rent bedsheets, baby bed, baby chair and to have the cleaning done for you when you leave.

Your baby will have a great time as there is a swimming pool for our little ones and you can ask for the baby pack option: baby bed, baby chair and plugs covers!

Location agréable

« Le bonheur c’est simple comme un coup de fil ! »… Ne tardez pas, contactez JP ROCHE. Dans une résidence calme et arborée, proche de toutes commodités, vous passerez de très agréables vacances.. L’appartement est au top pour le repos et la détente, très bien agencé, tout pour le confort et proche de la piscine. Monsieur ROCHE est un propriétaire soucieux de la qualité de bien-être de ses locataires… Bref, que du bonheur !

MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR !!!

J'ai passé une semaine extraordinaire dans cet appartement, très fonctionnel. Le propriétaire est un réel guide touristique qui n'hésite pas pas à vous donner de bons conseils, ses bonnes adresses... bref un vrai proprétaire qui prend soin de ses locataires, toujours disponible et très à l'écoute. J'ai apprécié cette résidence très sécurisé, à coté de tout, y compris magasin, restauration rapide, et les petits commerces, et également toute proche de l'autoroute. De plus Cagnes s/mer est une ville splendide qui vaut le coup d'oeil !!!

SUPER SEJOUR !

Nous avons passé notre second séjour chez Monsieur Roche qui a bien amélioré le confort de son appartement et qui va encore l'améliorer. Propriétaire sympa et très pro ! Dès l'arrivée on se sent à 100% en vacances. On a profité à fond de la veranda et de la terrasse. Propre, spacieux, agréable à vivre et super bien placé pour aller à la plage ou se balader dans l'arrière pays. Nous reviendrons bientôt, merci encore pour votre accueil !!! E.M

jolie résidence

Appartement bien équipé (machine à laver et wifi et un plus) dans une très jolie résidence. Celle çi et très calme,bien sécurisé, le tout dans une ambiance très conviviale! L'appartement et idéalement situé pour profité de la cote d'azur et de l'arrière pays niçois. Nice,Monaco,Cannes,Grace,marineland sont très proche et le sompteux village de saint paul de vence est à 5 kilomètres de l'appart. L'arret de bus devant la résidences et un plus Si vous désirez profitez du soleil de la cote d'azur et visitez ce superbe département, je vous conseille cet appartement

From a family of hotel and restaurants owners, I love to welcome my guests and ensure that they feel at home while enjoing the French riviera.

I will spend the necessary time with you prior to you coming here to share tips about an area I felt in love with 25 years : the French riviera.

Since 2005, I have had the chance to make great friends with numerous guests who came here. I also have been able to collect their comments to continuously improve my vacation rental.

One of my dream? Open a romantic and cozy high-end Bed and Breakfast right on the beach in every area of the world I love (Riviera, Jamaica, Kerala in India, Buzios in Brasil etc.) and make it an exclusive yet affordable place to come, relax and rest.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

I chose to buy this apartment simply because I felt in love with it in 2004.

Since then, I have done a lot of renovation work to make it a great place to spend vacation and go there about 3/4 times per year.

This ensures that it always stay in shape and I love to continuously improve it based on my guests suggestions and my own desires.

I also use a fantastic professional service to welcome my guests and take care of the apartment on a day-to-day basis so as to offer the best service possible.

First, its location is perfectly central, right in the middle of the Riviera, close to all the transportation networks (highway, bus, train station), close to the beach while being close to the numerous fantastic villages in the hills (Saint Paul, Vence, Hauts de Cagnes, Grasse...).

Quiet and bright, this apartment/flat remains pleasantly fresh/cool during the summer and very quiet. It has one of the biggest and most beautiful swimming pool in the area. The terrace is right into a 300 square meter green space with trees and grass. I really enjoy waking up and having breakfast to the sound of cicadas and birds!

What I enjoy the most when renting is to ensure my guests spend a fantastic time and give them all kind of tips (based on their center of interests) on how to take the best from this beautiful and diverse meditteranean area.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Location: at the heart of the French Riviera! Perfect to enjoy the area and move easily from Menton/Monaco to Cannes and beyond and/or from Grasse in the hills to the numerous beach (closest one is at only 1.5km and an easy drive).

You can go to the beach by car or you can walk and they are easy to reach even during the summer.

Numerous quality shops opened 7/7 in the neighborhood.

Private parking

Car is a nice to have but not an absolute necessity.
Easy acces to/from airport, bus lines, train station, highway.

One of the biggest and most pleasant swimming pool in the area (lenght: 18 meters, widht : 10 meters!).

A small children's pool (5x5m, 0.44m depth).

2 tennis courts

A veranda with 3 glass doors which you can widely open onto the terrace (new garden/outside furnitures).

The terrace gives onto a large green space with trees and grass but is private (no people in front of your terrace).

Once the veranda is opened, you have more than 17m2 (sqm) of terrace with one part (the veranda) protected from the sun even during the day.

Bright, quiet and quite cool/fresh during the summer.
Wake up to the sound of cicadas and birds!

A lot of flowers, trees, palm trees and green space.
FREE WIFI/Internet + washing machine/dryer (clothes).

A WONDERFUL place to relax during the vacation!
