From your family room and lanai, you will enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico and white sandy beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and over-the-range microwave and other essentials meet all your vacation needs. The unit includes brand new furniture in living room with a queen sleeper sofa, 60'' TV with cable ,a DVD player, and Free wifi in the unit. This condo includes beach chairs and towels. The bedroom has a king-size bed. The bathroom has a stand-up shower and a large closet. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

Trolley service runs continuously in front of Estero Beach and Tennis Club where you can tour the entire island for 50 cents! Local attractions a short walk away, you are right across the street from restaurants, Santini Shopping Plaza, and Fish Tale Marina.

This property is on a physical key. You will need to pick up keys at our office 2085 Estero Blvd. Fort Myers Beach to gain access to this property.

We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the grounds of the Estero Beach and Tennis Club and the experience will be different than if you stayed at EB&T prior to hurricane Ian. The association has been hard at work to make the grounds beautiful again but it will take time. We are ready to welcome visitors back and certain you will enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches that are right next to the towers

This unit requires a physical key. You will need to pick up keys from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first to gain access to this unit.

This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking.

Please note during winter season months (mid December to mid  April), our property is rented Saturday to Saturday only with a one week minimum. This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! Minimum age to rent is 25 years old, during high season we rent from Sat-Sat (from Christmas to Easter) NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
