The condo Application to Lease fee is $100; background-check fee is $40 pp;. Each applicant must be over 55 years of age. $99 property damage insurance is automated by the website. We welcome a 4-month rental.
FYI - The condominium association must approve the application to lease before taking possession of the unit. The process takes three to four weeks on average. Applications may be expedited, but require at least 7 days after receipt to process. Expedited application fees apply, and expediting mailing costs will be reimbursed to landlord by tenant.
Great location - conveniently located off Rattlesnake Hammock Road next to Hibiscus Golf Club. St. Peters Church is one block away. DeJulio's Italian restaurant is a short walk. Convenient access to 41 and downtown Old Naples, the City Dock and beaches. 20 minutes from Marco Island. Close to interstate 75 for Prime Outlet shopping in Estero, convenient to Fort Myers and the airport, Alligator Alley and the Everglades.
Approximately a 10 minute drive to Old Naples, The Naple's Pier and Naples Beaches. Take a picnic lunch and sit on the beach. Visit The Dock at Crayton Cove, a popular open air restaurant with good food next to the City Dock. Walk down Fifth Avenue S and Third Street S, which are in the heart of Old Naples with many shops and a great mix of restaurants. The daytime and evening atmosphere on Fifth Avenue and Third Street is must see - a fun happening place. Many restaurants on Fifth Avenue and Third Street have outdoor seating. It is especially beautiful during the holiday season.
Near us is Celebration Park, a unique outdoor food truck station. It has a large open pavilion and bar serving drinks with many tables dispersed under the pavilion and out in the open. 8 food trucks offer various cuisines. They often have entertainment.
The Botanical Gardens are close by and we go once a year. You won't want to miss the Naples Pier, a landmark on the beach, to see birds, pelicans, fish, and dolphin from a great vantage point. Laudermilk Park is on the beach with rest rooms, concessions and picnic tables.
We enjoyed the airboat ride in the everglades and held a small alligator. The casino in Ave Maria is reasonably close for a day of fun. My sister's family visited Lover's Key, a short drive north, and enjoyed the beach for shelling.
Groceries and restaurants are conveniently located within a mile of our location. Oakes Farm Market with Jerry's Seafood, offering the freshest seafood, is down the road on Davis. St. Paul's Church on Davis hosts a Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings. Third Street South runs another Farmer's Market on Saturday mornings.
