Our tennis villa is located within the exclusive Mission Hills gated country club. Freshly renovated and continually updated, the villa's private rooftop deck provides unparalleled mountain views. Combine these views with a fire table and plush patio furniture, and you have the perfect desert setting for cocktails at sunset.

Outfitted in a Tommy Bahama-theme, the villa quickly puts you into vacation mode from the minute you enter it.

Ground floor:
Living/dining great room with high open-beam wooden ceilings, gas fireplace, smart HDTV with digital cable including HBO, Showtime, plus Netflix and HuluPlus (plus DVD). A bluetooth sound bar lets you play your own music from your smartphone. A queen sofa bed accommodates two additional guests upon request.

Our dining room seats four and, in addition, we have a high-quality (stable) folding table and chairs when needed for additional guests. A granite wet bar with full complement of barware to meet your entertaining requirements completes this space.

Our well-equipped kitchen features updated appliances, including a five burner gas range, quiet Bosch™ dishwasher, large fridge with ice maker, and a large built-in microwave. Expect to find all of the kitchen gadgets you'd normally find at home.

A high-quality ASKO™ washer/dryer set completes our main-floor appliances.

The ground-floor patio features a new dining table (2016), umbrella, and a stainless steel natural-gas BBQ. This patio is steps to one of our community's five swimming pools and spas.

The ground floor bedroom features a California king-sized bed fitted with Tommy Bahama linens, an ensuite bath with shower (no tub), a reading lounge chair, and HDTV. A full-size dresser, large closet (equipped with hangers and luggage rest), and bedside tables provide ample storage space.

Second floor:
The second floor bedroom features a king-sized bed, also fitted with Tommy Bahama linens, an ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combination, and a HDTV television. Two oversized closets, plus space in two ample dressers and bedside tables provide voluminous storage.

The second-floor landing features an office station with colour printer/scanner, basic office supplies, and a small lending library.


Third floor/Rooftop deck:
The rooftop deck is the signature feature of our villa; it is unique to only a handful of tennis villas in Mission Hills. Ours has a particularly good west-facing vantage point, with a 360° view of the mountains that encompass the Coachella Valley, including the Santa Rosa, San Jacinto, and San Bernardino ranges. The roof deck provides outdoor seclusion that is uncommon at the ground level.

Our villa is protected by an ADT™ monitored alarm system. Green features include LED lighting throughout, water-saving toilets, washer and dishwasher, an on-demand hot water heater, Nest™ thermostat, and a new (2015) high-efficiency HVAC system.

A personal car (rental or otherwise) is essential for vacation that permits guests to fully enjoy all that the Coachella Valley has to offer.
