Our villa, AR305, is ideally located directly on the beachfront on the 3rd floor in the much sought after Admiral's Row section of the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Club. The balcony of our Villa overlooks the beach. Only a very small number of other villas share such a unique location. Most Villas that are listed as 'Ocean View' are a much greater distance from the beach.

The special location of our Admirals Row Beachfront Villa creates an exclusive feeling of an oceanfront setting situated apart from everything else. Plus, all the benefits of the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis complex with 8 lighted tennis courts and 6 lighted pickleball courts are at your disposal! This includes two swimming pools and a children's pool, Jamaica Joe'z poolside bar, Coconutz sports bar/restaurant (voted having the best wings on Hilton Head Island), as well as a pizza parlor (Gator'z), bicycle rental, entertainment, picnic areas and many other features.

We provide beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use. Bicycle rentals are available on-site. Ten lighted tennis courts are also free to use - simply book times at the Tennis Center.

In addition to the benefits of its excellent location, our Villa has also recently been updated with a new queen size sleeper sofa with a gel foam mattress, a new 50" TV and media center. The kitchen has been updated with new quartz counter tops, range and sink/faucet. It offers a bright and airy interior. You will find that the cost of our Villa may be slightly higher than the price of others further back in the complex, but when you consider the direct oceanfront location and the quality of our unit, the cost is very moderate compared to any equivalent locations on the island. We think you will really enjoy what our Villa has to offer.

Coligny Beach and Coastal Discovery Museum reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Adventure Cove and Pirate's Island Adventure Golf. We had a great stay. It was very clean, quiet and great view. A couple issues, sliding screen and closet door not working. We would stay there again.

Quick trip to SC

Just husband and me for a few days between Christmas and new years. Good communication since the booking. Accurate description of condo. Perfect view. Would have liked a firmer bed but not the owners fault. Would stay again.

Cozy villa with excellent ocean view!

This was a perfect place to stay for Thanksgiving weekend with family right down beach at Marriott Surf-Watch. The villa had everything you could need (especially in the kitchen) and the bed was so comfortable. The sunrise view on the patio is worth waking early for. I hope to come back for another stay in the future.

The view was wonderful, The unit was a little small and quirky for us. Everything was super clean and organized. Ocean front was the booking priority so no complaints about that. Decorating was interesting. Not sure we would go again, but we are older and need the creature comforts...

HHI Stay

The property was very cute and bright. The view was spectacular! Ian was very attentive any very easy to work with. I really appreciated his flexibility when we needed to shift our reservations by one day. The woman who checked us in upon arrival was extremely rude. Not at all welcoming or helpful. It didn’t have anything to do with Ian or the condo but she gave a terrible first impression of the community itself. Everyone else we encountered while there were wonderful though!
