East Rim C-14 is the largest East Rim condo at 1800 square feet. Entire condo was repainted in October 2017. There are only two steps that lead down to the condo, and there are relatively only three steps in the condo. The condo is located at the base of the ski area , as you can almost ski right out the front door. The slopes are about 75 yards from the condo.

There is a nice living area with a plasma tv , fireplace , out door deck(with a great view and a propane gas grill , a queen sleeper sofa.

The entry way provides plenty of space for storage of ski gear as well as provides a place to put on your boots.

There is a dinning table that seats 8 as well as the kitchen counter that seats 2.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils, pots and pans. There is a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and a electric stove and oven.

The first bedroom has a queen bed, The second bedroom has a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, and the third bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. There is also the queen sleeper in the living area , thus the condo can sleep 12 people , two to a bed , or 6 people each having their own bed.

There are two bathrooms , each with a shower/bath combination.

There is a washer/dryer in the bath room for your use.
