Faculties Access Update May 2022: the Salt Pond Community implemented a Key FOB system to access the pool & gym. An Amenity Access Card must be purchased for each person over the age of 16 (there may be some wiggle room with the age). There are two types of cards: (a) the card providing unlimited use of all facilities for a full week costs $50 and (b) the card providing unlimited use of all facilities for 3 consecutive days costs $25. These cards can be shared among as many people as you wish; for example, if no more than 4 from a group of 8 people plan to use the facilities at the same time, you would only need to purchase 4 cards. This home has four bedrooms and a sleep sofa in the living room. This home accommodates up to ten guests. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, bedroom #2 has a queen, bedroom #3 has two twins and bedroom #4 has a twin bed with trundle. The living room has a pull-out sleep sofa for two. The dinning table seats 8 comfortably and breakfast bar seats 4.

For our professional guests who need to stay in touch with the workplace, we sport the latest wireless internet technology. For your entertainment, we include a big screen TV with digital cable and DVD player. Once you arrive, it will be difficult to leave!

No more than a ten-minute walk from our home sits the Salt Pond Clubhouse, offering a long list of guest amenities. Open year round, our guests have access to the Salt Pond's Executive Golf Course, complete with a fully-staffed Pro Shop and driving range. Clubhouse indoor amenities include heated pool and hot tub, weight/exercise rooms, and Ping-Pong table. During the spring/summer months, the clubhouse offers pool, shuffleboard, basketball, tennis, and walking paths. The Pro Shop is augmented by a conveniently located snack bar. As a special treat for our younger guests, the Salt Pond also offers a real-grass putting green and game arcade (open spring/summer).
