Come share the magic of being on a waterfront property during a mountain getaway vacation in this spacious and updated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. No matter what adventure you seek, let this beautiful town on the shores of scenic Lake Dillon be your vacation headquarters. Recreation, entertainment, relaxation, and pure fun are all at your doorstep, no matter what your age. Dillon is the perfect family getaway close to several world class ski resorts including: Breckenridge (20 mins away), Keystone (5 mins), Arapahoe Basin (15 mins), Copper Mountain (15 mins), and Vail/Beaver Creek (40 mins). Why limit yourself to one ski resort when you can check the daily snow report and choose where the powder is the best! Denver International Airport is 93 miles (95 minutes) drive to our condo.

In the summer time, hop onto the bike path in front of the condo and enjoy hundreds of miles of road or mountain biking. In the evening enjoy dining on the patio with a world class view and feel free to stroll over to the world's highest Tiki bar located in the Dillon Marina. Kayaking, sailing, and hundreds of hiking paths are at your doorsteps.

This first-floor condo, 1100 square foot 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms, is located in Anchorage West. One of the few properties that is truly located on the lakefront. Recently updated, it is furnished to suit your every need. Enjoy the amazing view of Lake Dillon and the Rocky Mountains like no other location in Summit County. Sit by the wood burning fire in the open living/dining/kitchen area, dine al fresco on the private patio while gazing at the sailboats, or jump on the bike path.

The master bedroom is furnished with a new California King size bed and a large screen TV. The master bath has a large shower with a heated towel rack. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a TV (built in DVD) in the room. The guest bath is a bathtub/shower combination with a heated towel rack.

The kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances: double oven, microwave, D/W, and refrigerator. The open floor plan allows for a spacious dining room that can comfortably seat 6 guests with additional seating at the bar. The living room has recently been updated with a new 55 inch flat screen TV.

We love our place and this special location. We are happy to be able to share our condo with friends and families from around the world!

Ski Getaway

We stayed here for our ski vacation to Vail and Keystone. Perfect location. The view of the lake and the mountains was breathtaking! The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Angie was easy and quick to communicate with. We will stay here again! Loved ever about it!

Beautiful view

This was our second Fall to stay here during Aspen season. The view is unmatched with the lake and the 10 Mile range behind it and beautiful Aspens everywhere. The only negative was that the floor was not clean. the first night we were there, we walked around bare-footed and all ended up with the bottoms of our feet black from dirt or powder on the floor. We'd be wanting to reserve it again for Fall 2024 except for the approximately 50% increase in rent for the two weeks in September and October.

Quick getaway

Nice space. Beautiful views! Bed was a bit too soft but we made do. Quiet and easy to find. Accommodations were clean and well appointed. We’d come again!!! Thank you.

We came upon this property, and having visited the area many times knew that this was a special place and location. We work hard, travel often for work, and like to play even harder. We wanted to make sure that this location provided modern comforts while allowing guests to enjoy the true natural beauty and wonder of the Rocky Mountains.

Without a doubt, nothing can replace the breathtaking, spectacular view from our condo. We fell in love the moment we walked in and are amazed by it each time we walk in the door. Explore surrounding White River National Forest, with 200 miles of hiking trails and dazzling wildflowers. There’s 150 miles of mountain bike trails, 100 miles of OHV trails and 55 miles of paved, non-motorized pathways, connecting towns and resorts throughout Summit County. Downtown Dillon bustles with summer events for all ages, from the Thursday Nature Nights series and Friday morning Farmers Markets to the popular weekend concerts at Lake Dillon Amphitheatre. Spend an afternoon at the Dillon Marina where rental boats, guided sailing tours, or sailing lessons are available. World-class dining and shopping are within minutes.

Although the changing leaves might hint at the winter to come, fall is truly a magical time here. As the sunny days and cool evenings usher in the changing of the aspen leaves, brilliant shades of gold and yellow dot the mountains. We love this time of year for its quiet and tranquil beauty. Dillon offers access to a world-class winter playground with all the comfort and charm of a small mountain town. It's just minutes away from the ski slopes of Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Arapahoe Basin, and a short drive away from Vail/Beaver Creek. There’s also plenty of outdoor winter fun right here: skating, sleigh rides, snowmobiling, cross country skiing, snowshoeing or ice fishing. The Lake Dillon Theatre Company is one of the top community theatre companies in the state, featuring year-round productions

Apart from the world class location/view, we have made many recent upgrades to make sure that our guests are comfortable after a long day of skiing, hiking, or biking. The bedrooms have been outfitted with new queen/king mattresses, bathrooms include hair dryers and new fixtures for a great hot shower to soothe aching muscles. Each bedroom has a TV set so folks traveling with children can accommodate different viewing requests/movies for guests of all ages. There are books, games, and puzzles for your enjoyment. Our ground floor location, not only allows you to walk off the patio and straight to the lakeshore, but is convenient for storing your skis or outdoor equipment. No need to lug any of these up the flights of stairs.
