THERE ARE NO STREETS TO CROSS. YOU COULD NOT GET ANY CLOSER TO THE BEACH OR THE WATER-THE CONDO IS DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH, JUST BRING THE CHAIRS, UMBRELLAS AND BEACH TOYS THAT WE PROVIDE AND ENJOY! AND DO NOT FORGET YOUR SUNSCREEN. PLEASE NOTE: rental during Jan to March must be booked as a three month rental. I do not rent month by month during January to March. Those three months must be rented together. Thank you.

This two bedroom/two bath condo with NO CARPET- WOOD FLOORS AND ITALIAN PORCELAIN TILE, has had a total remodel April 2014 and new doors, windows,rebuilt deck, inside updates 2021.

You will see new doors, floor to ceiling windows, , floor moldings, including white shutters in kitchen and second bedroom, kitchen cabinets freshly painted with beach scene, counter top in kitchen has beautiful fun purple speckled granite, fans and lights. Beds are king in Master and Queen in Second Bedroom.

Paint colors include light color in main living area and periwinkle in Master and Cloud Blue in Guest bedrooms. Cheery bedding which reflects you are at the beach with the fun colors. No outdated mirrored walls in living room, no plastic coverings on kitchen ceiling, enjoy led lighting in kitchen with updated counter tops. Hear the ocean waves as you relax with your glass of wine or lay in bed with the sliders open. You can access the extended deck (extended decks only on Penthouse floor) from the Master bedroom and living room. Plenty of outside seating.

Two elevators, go down to our new beach entry style pool through bright community room with wifi that looks out onto pool and beach area and also provides you access to the pool and beach.

This is a cozy building of only 61 condos and has a homey and community feel to it. You will enjoy quiet and peaceful days. You can walk .02 miles on the beach to a fishing pier and restaurant. Does not get more fun than here!

WHILE THIS IS A 30 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL, WE WILL RENT FOR LESS TIME ONCE PER MONTH WHEN WE ARE NOT BOOKED. SO IF YOU WANT JUST A FEW WEEKS IN A MONTH THAT IS NOT RENTED, WE WILL RENT TO YOU FOR THAT TIME PERIOD AND THEN NOT RENT AGAIN UNTIL THE NEXT OPEN MONTH. THIS STAYS IN LINE WITH THE CONDO RENTAL RULES SO FEEL FREE TO REQUEST LESS THAN THIRTY DAYS IN A MONTH SHOWING THAT THE CONDO IS AVAILABLE.
