DETAILS: 40 Watch Tower Lane, a spacious and light-filled home, was designed with relaxation and comfort in mind. This luxurious home is situated in Dune Ridge within the gated, peaceful WaterSound Community and is just a short stroll down the boardwalk from the neighborhood's expansive private beach.

A detached carriage house offers an excellent space for guests wanting their own privacy and includes comfortable seating, a washer and dryer and a private balcony.

Plan cocktails or dinner on the third-floor covered tower while taking in ocean views and stunning sunsets or soak up the sun in the lounge area.

- Unfortunately, due to HOA rules, the guest will not be able to rent golf carts and will not be able to bring their own golf cart.

*Unfortunately, this home is not guest-pet friendly. Failure to adhere to this rule will be immediate eviction and loss of deposit. Guest is fully responsible for all damages.

*Weddings or parties/groups of people or guest of guest are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
