Ok condo, but some minor issues
The condo was fairly nice with the exception of a few things. One of the chairs had a torn piece of upholstery and had straight pins exposed. We had kids traveling with us, so this was dangerous. There also was a hole behind the door of one of the rooms. The royal palms pool was not open the entire length of our stay and the bed spreads smelled dirty. I am typically not a complainer, but these minor issues kept adding up.
Unit nice,check in awful
Unit was very nice and roomy. Sleeps 8 adults not 10 and that's with 2 on sleeper sofa. The refrigerator leaked. Called housekeeping 1st night was told they would send some one. No one came.
Called owner next morning she said to call property manager . Called property manager said give him an hour. Again no one came. Had to keep towel in fridge and wring out. Check in was awful. Property manager was not there so I called # on the door. All he wanted was my unit # which I did not have nor had been given. He said with out that there was nothing he could do because he had no paper work on my rental for that day. We went back and forth about that. he kept asking who I rented from. All I knew was that I had gone through Vrbo. Eventually I found owner name of property on email and he released key through a safety box . Received 2 keys and only 1 worked. Check in was little scary the office also had moved from address on paper work . It was in was in same complex and some one took me to correct office. After traveling ,paying and ready for vacation with 8 people to be told nothing I can do or was he trying to assist in ANY way was not good. He just kept telling me I am in the field and with out your unit # I can do nothing.
I always send an email regarding contact information for property manager. I do this so a guest can communicate before they check in date.
nice place to stay
Very nice condo and resort. Only problem we had was cable tv service was not working sometimes but very minor issue, everything else was very nice. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Everything is great except it's time to update the couch it's a bit uncomfortable, but it's not a deal breaker just constructive criticism. I would rent again

Beautiful location, unfortunate experience
Great property, great location, but AC was not working properly for over half of our stay. Temperature in the condo was 82-85. Property manager blamed it on “higher than normal temperatures” in the area, all though temps were only around 90 outside Also blamed problem on building water supply system, but no other units (I asked numerous other people) nor common areas were affected. Problem was obviously with the condo unit itself. Finally was “fixed” enough to give us cool air for the very last portion of trip. Unfortunately, no offer for owner to compensate for the discomfort and high inconsistency incurred.
Exactly,this was one of those unfortunate incidents. our air condition is serviced every spring. we tried our very best to fix the situation.
We also have ceiling fans in each room. According to our property manager who was there with you, temperatures were in the upper 70's and not 80's.
I am sorry if this incident spoiled your vacation.
