The home is located a short walking distance from Salina's Park with kayak launch, boardwalk, pickleball courts and more. Also right across the street is Scallop Republic with live music, craft beers, food truck, and great views of the bay and sunset. We are only 12 minutes driving time to Port St Joe and less than 30 minutes to historical Apalachicola. The St. Joe Country Club is only six miles away if you want to play a round of golf.

This 1800 sq.ft. home features plenty of open space for the entire family to spend time together or find a quiet spot for relaxing. The light filled main floor is very open, comfortable and nicely furnished. This main level features a large, well equipped kitchen with all the necessities and more. You'll enjoy meals in the spacious dining area with family size dining table and chairs and breakfast bar. Prefer outdoor dining? Catch a nice breeze and take in the view on the screened porch while you enjoy your meal. The living room offers lots of comfortable seating, large, flat screen TV, and book library. You'll love the screened porch with a view of the gulf and also a private wooded view to the side. It's the ideal place for relaxing or enjoying meals or happy hour. If you want to work on your tan between trips to the beach you'll find the deck perfect for soaking up the Florida sun.

Upstairs includes three bedrooms featuring a private, nicely furnished master bedroom with queen bed and private bath. Down the hall is the newly remodeled main bath with double vanity and separate tub and toilet area. Next to the bath is the newly remodeled second queen size bedroom and at the end of the hall is a large bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 single over full bunk bed. All three bedrooms are large, private, nicely furnished. All bedrooms have TV's and comfortable bedding.

There is plenty of covered parking under the house. An outdoor shower with direct access to the main floor bathroom is especially convenient. The large space under the house also offers extra outdoor living space with plenty of room for the additional table & chairs, swing and Weber charcoal grill.
