Um mês no paraíso!

Our stay at this cottage was pretty close to perfect. The cottage looks just like its pictures but the pictures can't convey how comfortable and well-stocked it is. The bed is comfortable, the shower is great, seating and tables are good. We spent a lot of time on the lanai, ate all our meals there. The kitchen is much better provided than most places I've stayed - plenty of dishes, silverware, even placemats and napkins. There are plenty of pots and utensils for whatever cooking you may want to do. Lisa and Debra were very easy to deal with and everything went smoothly.

The location is as good as you could want. It really is "250 steps to Paradise." I walked an hour on Kailua Beach every morning and went back in the afternoon. We got breakfast at the Kalapawai market most mornings, walked to Island Snow for shave ice several afternoons. Kailua has many restaurants, shops, whatever you might want, and it's an easy drive to the North Shore and the rest of Oahu.

The cottage and the house are very close together and share the back yard, as others have noted. We had good neighbors in the house and no complaints. One night they had guests and several children played loud games in the back yard, but we are used to children and didn't mind. Other than that, we weren't much aware of their presence. It's a beach community with houses in close proximity. We had as much noise (not much) from the people on either side and behind us as we did from the house.

We have stayed in the house before; this was our first time in the cottage. I hope to return often!

Me and a a couple of friends have been in the Cottage in Kailua for 2 amazing weeks.

The place fitted us perfectly since the sofa in the livingroom is a very comfortable bed.

The patio on the big garden was perfect for our breakfast and dinner. Everything was so silent and relaxing. The beach is so close and we walked every morning to see the sunrise.

Lisa and Debra have been so kind and helpful. We collaborate to organize everything for our best stay. The fridge had a problem and Debra took care of everything very quickly.

I recommend this Paradise to everyone.

The cottage is charming, well-equipped and ideally situated steps from beautiful Kailua Beach. The garden is pure Hawaiian with plumeria and soaring palm trees. For an authentic island visit you couldn't find better accommodations.

From the outside of this cottage, you don’t realize how much space you actually get inside of this place! It has a full living room, kitchen and breakfast nook, private bed/bath, driveway and even a washer and dryer unit. My husband and I often book this place when we travel just the two of us and we have more than enough room for the two of us to comfortably enjoy our stay without feeling cramped.

A family was staying in the main house while we were there but the home and cottage each have their own living spaces and accommodations so neither parties feel like the other is even there! There is complete privacy around the entire cottage (bamboo fencing, foliage, etc.) and around its own patio so you will not feel like there is anyone else staying in the vicinity...truly the ultimate getaway.

The cottage’s kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes, utensils and cooking appliances you’ll need and even has its own grill on the private patio. Most hotels on the island for two people were more expensive than our stay here and they still didn’t have the location and short walk to the beach that this cottage had. We will never get tired of staying here!!! Thank you again for having us!
