Ele está localizado na, literalmente, o centro de Cannes, eqüidistante do Grand Hotel (que por sua vez em frente à praia) e da principal rua comercial chamado Rue d'Antibes. Ele ainda mantém uma sensação privado, no entanto, com boa percepção de espaço, uma vez que de varanda se abre para uma tranquila área de estacionamento na parte de trás do grande hotel (ver foto incluída).
We stayed in Helen's apartment over Easter 2017 and had a wonderful time. The location is outstanding and is right in the centre of everything which is great when you have 3 teenagers in tow.
Helen was a delight to deal with and Valerie helped us settle in when we got there.
As the location is right in the centre, there is no need for a car and everything (including the supermarket) is all within walking distance.
The apartment was immaculate and clean and the pictures do not entirely do the apartment justice. Having a south facing balcony is a big bonus. Being able to sit and have breakfast in the sunshine is one of the great pleasures in life.
10 perfekte Ferientage haben wir mit unseren 3 fast erwachsenen Kindern in diesem wunderschönen, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten und blitzsauberen Appartement verbracht. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Es gibt 3 Doppelschlafzimmer (superbequeme, hochwertige Matratzen!!!), 2 direkt in die Zimmer integrierte Duschen und Waschbecken, ein separates Bad mit Wanne und Waschbecken direkt vor dem 3.Schlafzimmer sowie 2 separate WCs. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Valerie trotz Verspätung sehr freundlich empfangen . Die Betten waren bereits bezogen und für jeden lagen dicke flauschige Duschtücher und Handtücher bereit. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet!!! Glücklich waren wir über Klima-Anlage, Wasch-Trockner und den großen Kühlschrank. Geparkt haben wir im Parkhaus L'Ami, ein guter Tipp von Helen. Entfernungen: 2 Min. zum Strand, 1 Min. zur Rue d'Antibes, 3 Min. zum Parkhaus, Mini Supermarkt vor der Haustür - 5 Min. zum großen "Casino"-Supermarkt (Tipp v. Helen). In 2 Minuten erreicht man viele kleine Restaurants (sehr günstige Mittags-Menüs!) oder Bars.
Hierher kommen wir sehr sehr gerne wieder zurück.

We stayed in Helen’s apartment in July 2014 and as it was so perfect we are again staying here this year in July. The location was ideal, a short stroll to the beach. The apartment was spacious with three generous rooms and three toilets, a full bath and two showers which were much needed after a day’s sightseeing and lounging on the beach. Everything was perfect in the apartment and had everything you needed, including beach toys/chairs, we spent many balmy nights on the terrace outside watching the world go by. Cannes is a wonderful place to holiday, everything is on your doorstep, fine restaurants, wonderful boulangeries and every shop you could wish for. We used the train often to see the many lovely towns nearby including Monaco, Nice and this year we will definitely be back and take the ferry to see San Tropez!!!

2 adults and 3 teenagers had a great holiday in this superb apartment. The location was nestled in a safe and secure location between La Croisette and Rue d'Antibes. This setting allowed various family members head to the nearby beach, shop or just people (and Ferrari) watch on the prom.
Helen (owner) could not have been more helpful in advance by emailing and talking over phone about all the various trips, shopping and restaurants which should be visited, Valerie (facilities manager) met us on arrival and was also very helpful in getting us settled in to the wonderful surroundings.
The various beach chairs and body boards made available were most welcome as was Helens shopping trolley which was well used in the market and for transport of the wine for later consumption on the quiet south facing balcony.
The facilities were very clean and the apartment is equipped with all mod cons. The washer dryer was well used to facilitate towel washing as a result of the twice daily swimming. The air con kept us cool throughout.
This apartment is very suitable for families with teenagers or small groups of adults. The location is fantastic for all. Note great bus and train services nearby with easy connections to Nice airport - no need for car.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment this July. We where 2 adults and 4 teenagers and found the appartment to be very centrally located with just two minutes to walk to the beach and in a safe and quiet part of Cannes. It was also a very short walk to car rental and parking house. Parking in the center is expensive but we found L’Amy just one minute from the apartment to be acceptable if you need a car in your vacation. The apartment it self was very well equipped and we had absolutely everything we needed. Even beach chairs and beach towels where in the apartment and we really appreciated both the lovely balcony although no sea view and the necessary air condoning in summertime. The only negative thing was that the drawers and doors in the kitchen could use some adjustment.
Really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was central to everywhere yet quiet. Homely and conformable. Everything a few minutes walk away-beach, shops, restaurants & train station. Owner Helen is lovely and gave us lots of info and Valerie offered us a warm welcome. Highly recommended for any traveler.
Cannes na Cote d'Azure. A cidade de Cannes oferece entretenimento maravilhoso durante todo o ano. Há uma variedade de festivais, ao longo do ano no famoso Palais de Festivals. Para atender o turista cosmopolita há um número infinito de restaurantes de várias cozinhas, lojas maravilhosas, o imediatismo do mar e excelentes instalações de praia. Pode-se caminhar por quilômetros à beira-mar. Por poucos euros pode-se tomar o trem (v. Freqüente) para a vizinha Antibes ou Nice. Itália está perto o suficiente para um dia de viagem. Cannes é grande o suficiente para fornecer uma variedade de entretenimento, mas conveniente o suficiente para fugir para as montanhas próximas ou cidades próximas do litoral.
Outras atividades: lojas de grife, festivais de cinema etc. Pegue o trem para Antibes, Nice, a Itália. nadar no belo mar azul. Há passeios muito interessantes a serem tomadas. O escritório de turismo tem um folheto mostrando mapas e transporte de ida e volta para iniciar / locais de acabamento
