This condo is perfect for picky people!

You will find this lovely, light and bright condo beautifully decorated and updated with a newer kitchen, new baths, bedroom carpeting, newer flooring and great machine-washable, slipcovered sofas! Our condo has a comfortable queen bed in the main bedroom and twin beds in the second bedroom. It also has two full baths (one right off the master for privacy). You'll love the balcony off the living room and main bedroom. We have a great modern kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area with new stainless-steel appliances and Silestone counters (which is a nonporous surface that resists bacteria, stains, and viruses). The two bathrooms were remodeled with beautiful ceramic tile, a new, fabulous deep tub, new commodes, Silestone counters, and new floors!! There are three HDTVs (42' in the living room, TVs in master and 2nd bedroom!). You'll love the sparkling fresh, clean SHEETS and TOWELS we provide for you.

DIRECTLY ON THE OCEAN!! One of the greatest benefits of this condo is that there are no streets or dunes to cross to get to the ocean…we are directly ON THE OCEAN and we have plenty of free parking right next to our building! This condo is RED HOT and beautiful!

FABULOUS HEATED POOL ON PROPERTY: You'll LOVE our deep, heated pool! Our 3’ to 8’ deep pool is heated in the Spring and Fall months for your extended-season enjoyment. There is also an infant pool for the little kiddos.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION: This condo is located on Shore Drive in Myrtle Beach, SC. It is on the 2nd floor -- the third condo from the ocean and has one of the most "out of this world" OCEAN FRONT views of the beach, our fantastic pool, and the magnificent Atlantic Ocean. Our beachfront condo is located near everything you want to do…outlet-style shopping, entertainment, activities and attractions, out of this world celebrity golf, excellent restaurants, wine tasting, beachfront boardwalk and arcades, souvenir stands, amusement park and the Sky Wheel--one of the country’s tallest Ferris wheels.

BALCONY: Of course! While sitting on our balcony, you will enjoy watching the dolphins frolic in the ocean while you drink your morning coffee (on our tall balcony chairs), and be able to watch the kids in our ocean front swimming pool while you have a nice glass of wine in the evening? Well, the bottom line is you’re really going to love this condo as the views are unbelievable! This condo is truly a cut-above!

BBQ GRILLS AND PICNIC AREA ON PREMISES: Bon appetite! Our complex has an amazing BBQ and picnic area with three large grills. It is located in our courtyard and is perfect for grilling a delicious steak, seafood (you may have caught in the ocean), or even hot dogs and burgers!

HEALTH AND SAFETY: ENHANCED CLEANING MEASURES—As the world opens for travel, we’re more concerned than ever about the cleanliness of our vacation rentals. Enhanced cleaning and safety measures have been, and will continue to be, implemented at this property to ensure the safety of our guests. This Property is being thoroughly cleaned with both Clorox cleaners and Lysol disinfectants. All high-touch surfaces are cleaned with disinfectant (examples, countertops, light switches, handles and faucets). All towels and sheets are washed in HOT water with Clorox. To be even more cleanliness-conscious, we now have new sofas with REMOVABLE SLIPCOVERS that are removed, and machine washed frequently for an even higher protection for you and your family!

CONTACT-FREE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT! Our guests are able to check-in and check-out without any person-to-person contact!

OPEN HALLWAYS: A PLACE AT THE BEACH IV complex has open, indoor hallways providing the benefit of the ocean breeze to keep the air constantly moving in the hallways and between the three floors. Even more protection for you and your family.

LAUNDRY: We have TWO large laundry rooms in our building! Washers and dryers are conveniently located just down the hall from the condo as well as a second one on the third floor for your use, too. (Approximately $1.50 per load to wash and $1.00 to dry.)

NEVER LEAVE: There is so much to do right from our A Place at the Beach IV complex without having to leave the parking lot! Just ask us for our list of “Things to Do!”. Don’t want to cook in the condo or our fabulous BBQ area? There are plenty of restaurants nearby to deliver excellent food to your door.

HOUSE RULES: We want to succeed with keeping our condo safe for you during these trying times and make for a comfortable and fun stay for everyone. Guests must be sure to maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout their stay.

PARTIES: We hope you have a lot of laughter and fun times during your vacation! In order to preserve the unit’s pristine quality, increase your enjoyment and ensure enhanced cleanliness for our guests’ safety, we must limit the number of guests to four (4) people, maximum, staying in the condo. This includes adults, children and infants. Also, for your safety and enhanced health, we do have to set some restrictions on the number of visitors. Parties or large gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited. This is for your protection, our cleaners’ protection and our future guests’ protection. Any small gathering must comply with our other house rules regarding noise, the building and visitor numbers. We’d really appreciate it if you would be mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours.

VRBO CALENDAR: Our calendar and rates are generally up to date. The dates you enter on the Request Dates area of the database are available if the Calendar shows them to be available. This unit is generally rented from Saturday to Saturday with the exception of October and the winter months (November, December, January and February).

Our condo is at the perfect area for splashing around in the Atlantic and lying on the beach because we’re located on a dead-end street that’s not too busy and just steps away from Apache Pier—one of the longest wooden piers on the East Coast.

Quite simply, we feel this complex is in the best location on Myrtle Beach as it is off the beaten path on a dead-end street yet central to everything you could possibly want to do. It’s south of the Hilton/Kingston Plantation and north of Marriott’s Grand Dunes. One of Myrtle Beach’s best kept secrets! You will not be disappointed!
