You will find a spacious house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, tastefully renovated and nicely furnished.
The large living room with separate dining area opens to the fully fitted kitchen, a fire place and comfortable seating provide an harmonious living together.
In the 4 bedrooms you'll find new beds with comfortable mattresses. Every room is designed individually. In the main bedroom you will also find a flat screen television.
With the 2 beautiful bathrooms you can already start enjoying your holidays in the morning.
With the separate utility room with washing machine and tumble-dryer, housework will only be seen if you want to.
The whole family will find its space here and dogs are also very welcome.
But also couples or singles will enjoy the spaciousness and the atmosphere of that house.
With Wifi (DSL 8000) you are always connected.
The garden: The large garden surrounded by oak trees invites you to sunbathe, to have a barbecue, to read a book or to relax. Here you will find sunny and shady places the whole day, depending on what you want and like.
Already in the morning you can enjoy the view from here while having breakfast.
Due to the location of the house it is very quiet but there is also lots of space for children to play and to romp around, some beach toys are available in the house.
The house is located in a typical Breton village (no residence!) right in the middle of it however very quiet on a resident path. The beach is only 2 km by car/bike and Sarzeau with all the shops, the market and the nice bars and restaurants are also close by.
Because we are no golfers, here the statement of an enthusiastic golfer (2012):
Your house is absolutely perfect for golf players! There are 8 golf courses that can be reached in less than one hour's drive, including 6 of the BlueGreen Group. Every course costs € 55. The courses 'Golf de la Bretesche' (€ 66 near Missillac) and 'Golf International Barriere La Baule' (two 18 holes courses, € 80) are 5 star golf courses and therefore one of the best in the entire country.
I played 4 times with my Danish friend: One time at the 'Golf de la Bretesche' and twice at the 'Golf de Rhuys-Kerver', only 8 km away (interesting, not easy, with two very difficult holes that make your heartbeat). We also went to the 'Golf de Baden' next to Auray one time which is directly at the Gulf of Morbihan (a natural spectacle with great views - you don't want to leave the golf course any more).
We actually wanted to play all 8 courses, but it was not possible.
Maybe next time.
