Um grande, luxuosamente decorados e recentemente renovado propriedade, a localização ideal para aluguer de férias, a poucos minutos da parte antiga da cidade, o Museu de Arte Moderna e Contemporânea, o Cours Saleya Mercado das Flores e da praia. Artistas como Renoir e Matisse foram particularmente atraídos para esta área de Nice, devido à sua maravilhosa luz. Matisse abriu seu ateliê dentro da visão do apartamento em 1931. Renoir teve seu apenas uma rua de distância. O apartamento é banhado por esta luz, especialmente no período da manhã. A sala de estar é luxuosamente equipados com pisos em mármore italiano. É um design contemporâneo com um grande sofá em forma L, mesa de café, mesa de jantar e cadeiras para seis pessoas. Coloque Garabaldi, com ele é belos edifícios e sítios de interesse arqueológico, cafés e restaurantes é em poucos minutos. Place Massena e da zona pedestre também está a apenas cinco minutos de distância, como é o Promenade des Anglais. A situação não poderia ser mais conveniente para as férias sem um carro.

O famoso Multari, a Boulangerie é de cerca de um minuto a pé para os seus croissants fresco da manhã, e Chez Alex é de cerca de dois minutos a pé, se você se sentir como esse café da manhã, sentado no sol assistindo a vida da cidade passam. Utile é um bem abastecido, limpo e agradável loja de conveniência, com excelente frutas frescas e é também a dois minutos do apartamento. We agree that the location is wonderful - beautiful restaurants and cafes on the doorstep and a stones throw from the Old Town, Cours Salaya and the beach. We try to think of everything that a holiday maker might want in terms of equipment and yes, we agree, our agents, Christophe and Claire do a great job on keeping the apartment spotless for each new guest. They always personally check guests in and so are there for guest questions.

Clean, central and comfortable.

We had a great week in this apartment. It is very convenient for everything. The bus stop is a 5 minute walk ( past Matisses's old studio) and from there you can get to the airport as well as up to the museums in Cimiez. The beach is also only 10-15 minutes walk through the old town . Nice is an ideal base for the beach and for exploring the Cote d'Azure. We went to Antibes as well as to Italy and to Monaco. The apartment is comfortable, well equipped and was nice and cool during a hot spell of weather. The wifi is very efficient and there are handy local shops and restaurants.

It is a short walk to, but out of the general noise of the Old Town, through the Promenade du Paillon. The buses to Monaco, Ville Franche Sur Mer and St Jean Cap Ferrat are a few minutes away. There is a lovely convenience store just two minutes from the building and a cafe for your morning coffee between it and the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped if guests wish to eat in. We keep the apartment up to date. We make improvements each year - this year we installed new blinds in the sejour to compliment the shutters. Nice is a beautiful city and we hope to welcome you back again.

Lovely apartment

This was a lovely apartment, really clean and fully equipped. We appreciated the choice of books and DVDs for evening entertainment. Claire and Christophe were most welcoming and informative and even allowed us into the apartment a couple of hours early. The location was very convenient and close to all amenities and transport links. We did find the air conditioning quite noisy and not entirely effective but it was July and quite hot outside. The fans provided were most welcome. We also did not quite manage to work the surround sound on the TV so the sound seemed quite muffled at times, especially when watching the DVDs. The beds were comfortable and the folders containing information about all the technology in the apartment were very helpful, as were those containing information about things to do and places to visit, although some of the leaflets were a bit out of date with regards to opening times and prices. We loved the spaciousness of the apartment and can also recommend the nearby boulangerie Multari for its very tasty croissants.

We are glad you found it to be a lovely, clean, well equipped and spacious, with comfortable beds and an excellent welcome. We regret you were unable to use the DVD player correctly. Had you made contact with either myself or the agents during your stay, we would have helped you with this. However, I am happy you enjoyed the selection of DVDs provided Referring to the leaflets, we go through our folder each year. The leaflets are unfortunately not all dated as they either come from the tourist office or are left by guests and if we think they are useful we stick them in the folder. Obviously, you would be recommended to either check online or visit the tourist office on the Promenade des Anglais for the most up to date information. We have the folder as we feel it is useful for guests to give them ideas. We also provide all the travel books that are published on Nice. With regard to air conditioning, we installed it in 2016. Under planning regulations, there are restrictions on the type we can have. Many apartments as a result are not air conditioned. Nice likes to see itself as a green city and so is constantly introducing regulations in this regard. We had managed well with fans before we had installed the AC but installed it as we felt it would enhance the apartment. I know there was a heatwave and climate change currently is the greatest challenge globally. It's a vicious circle with regard to AC. As the climate grows hotter, the more we need to stay cool and hence use the AC and in so doing, damage the environment further. The AC has to work harder when the temperature soars and hence is noisier. We will review it at the end of the year and may take it out and revert to the fans which we had survived happily with for ten years. We are glad you enjoyed Multari. We are lucky to have it a two minute walk from the apartment. It is possibly the best Boulangerie/Patisserie in Nice. We are happy to facilitate guests in as far as possible if they arrive earlier than normal check in time. However, in the evening, as the agents have young family, we prefer guests to arrive before 7.30pm. The location of the apartment could not be better for a holiday. It is near the Old Town and beach. The lovely Promenade du Paillon green walkway is in sight and transport is excellent. We are fortunate that the tram opening in 2018 will bring one from the airport to within minutes of the apartment.

Great apartment and location in Nice

This apartment was in a perfect location as our home base for exploring Nice and taking day trips all around the surrounding area. It was neat and clean and well equipped with a functional kitchen, AC, internet/TV, laundry, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We were walking distance to bus lines, groceries, patisserie, restaurants and cafes, Old Town, and the beach. Only improvements we would suggest would be a larger bed in one of the bedrooms and a quieter AC unit.

There are wonderful places to explore in the area both by train and by bus. The hills around Provence have some beautiful scenery. Nice has an aim of creating "The Green City on the Mediterranean and to set an ecological example for Europe". They are strict about planning and you will find many apartments don't have AC for this reason. Exterior AC units are not allowed. We were restricted in the type of unit we could install. Under the rules, it's use is restricted to the summer months when it is most needed. It keeps the apartment cool and we are actually thrilled with the difference it has made since it was put in. Luckily from mid September to June the climate does not necessitate it's use. The beds we have are 3ft singles/6ft doubles (if you requested to be made up as doubles with double bottom sheets which are supplied in the apartment on request). The restaurants nearby are really good (Les Epicurean, and Terroir Divan we particularly enjoy). Morning coffee Chez Alex, watching the world go by whilst reading Nice Matin is a great way to start the day.

Helles, freundliches Appartement nahe am Zentrum

Unser Appartement hatte eine tolle Lage: alle Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf lagen "ums Eck". Die Altstadt sowie der Strand waren ebenfalls innerhalb weniger Gehminuten zu erreichen. Unser Auto hatten wir in der nahe gelegenen öffentlichen Tiefgarage stehen- wir haben es die ganze Woche über nicht gebraucht, da auch eine Busstation direkt gegenüber des Appartements liegt.

Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man braucht - ein paar Gläser mehr jedoch wären gut gewesen. Auch ein paar Wandhaken für Handtücher wären hilfreich- aber die mit Saugknöpfen kann man ja gut mitnehmen.

Wir waren zu viert und hatten ausreichend Platz, da jedes Zimmer auch noch ein eigenes Bad besitzt. Der große runde Tisch war toll für Essen und Spielen!

Wir können dieses Appartement nur empfehlen!

Excellent apartment in central location

We had a great few days in this apartment in Nice. It is a lovely space, very spacious with a great open plan eating and living area. It supplied everything that we needed, including extras such as umbrellas and sun shades.The location is fantastic, we walked everywhere. I would very much recommend it.

The Promenade du Paillon has been a wonderful addition, making walking to the Old Town, Cours Salaya and the beach short and through beautiful gardens. We now also find that most of the city's top restaurants are within a pleasant short stroll. A great bonus for future guests is that the new tram linking the air port to the port will have a stop at Victoria Palace, two blocks away.

A localização deste apartamento não poderia ser melhor para aluguer de férias.

Please note that the price quoted is the net price. Any bank charges incurred in payment for staying in the apartment should be factored into the cost by the guest as they are not included in the price quoted.

Payment is online through Homeaway.co.uk and payable in euro. Handling charges charged by Homeaway are in addition to the price of the apartment and are between Homeaway and the guest. If payment is requested by guests directly, it is by IBAN transfer as this has been found to be the most secure. Bank charges for this transfer vary depending on the country. Please note that bank exchange rate fees for non euro clients are the responsibility of the client.

A security deposit is payable on arrival when it is not included in the quotation. This will be refunded on departure. This amount is €250.

The rental is for check in after three pm and check out before 11am. Any flexibility to this arrangement is at the discretion of the agents and not included in the actual agreement.

The agent fees to the guest are included in the price except for meeting outside of office hours (8am to 8)pm) where there is a callout fee payable by the guests of €20 to the agents on arrival.

This is a ntoon smoking apartment. We regret that if guests smoke, an extra charge of €100 will be payable on check out to cover the deep clean required.

If keys are lost there will be a charge of €100 plus the cost of replacement. Changing locks in France can be costly, so please mind them.
The apartment sleeps four adults comfortably. This is the maximum number of adults permitted at any time. It will also accommodate two adults and three children. The absolute maximum number of people allowed is 5.
