Home has a new comfy couch and gorgeous new flooring as well as a SMART TV plus Blu-Ray player (No cable/satellite) in the living area. There is also wireless internet access available for guest use.
The dining nook features a collapsible and portable wooden table and 4 chairs to maximize the space when not in use while allowing you to choose your dining scenery. Just past the pony wall, you will find a smaller yet efficient and fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen sink overlooks the front yard while the electric stove neighbors a door to the exterior side yard with a propane grill and patio furniture (Seasonal amenity). A rolling butcher block stand will surely come in handy when preparing a delicious meal. The kitchen also houses a full-sized washer and dryer.
Just down the hall on the right, you will find a Lodgepole king bed with a new dreamy Memory Foam mattress in the large Master bedroom. To the left, is another Lodgepole bed but this one holds a full bed on the bottom and a twin sized bed on top. You will also find the extra bedding and plenty of extra blankets in this bedroom's closet.
Grab a novel from the bookcase and cozy up on the couch or take a short walk into downtown Kings Beach where you'll find shops, restaurants, recreation areas and the largest sandy beach on Tahoe's North Shore. Home also has a single car garage where you can keep your vehicle away from the elements.
