TROPICAL TEMPTATION | 3 Bed, 2 Bath

This home has a wonderful private and lush tropical setting. It features gorgeous landscaping from the entrance of the driveway all the way throughout the property to the expansive dock. You may get the feeling you don`t have any neighbors because of its ideal privacy that surrounds the lovely pool, patio, deck, and hot tub. There are 3 bright and comfortable bedrooms (Master King, Guest Queen, and Guest with 2 twins) and 2 full baths. The home is in great condition and very tastefully decorated. Enjoy the tropical views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and 2 of the bedrooms. This home provides everything needed for a relaxing vacation in Marathon, Florida.

The location is phenomenal. The beach is extremely nearby and guests can walk to the beach with ease. Sombrero Beach is a beautiful and newly renovated beach that will make you feel like you are at a 5-star resort. If you want to spend some time with your toes in the sand all you have to do is walk down the street.

You will enjoy this home and the town it is located in. It is a small town with a lot of variety. Located directly in the middle of the Keys, nothing seems to be too far away. Spend a night on Duvall, watching the sunset at Mallory Square in Key West, go mini-golf at Boondocks, or go bowling just 45 minutes away. There are also many attractions in town that you couldn`t experience anywhere else. Some people may be shocked to drive past a turtle hospital. Yes, we have one! Stop in for a unique and fun time. Experience our little piece of SeaWorld by visiting the Dolphin Research Center. You can tour the location and even swim with the dolphins. There are also national parks with kayaking and biking trails. Don`t forget the famous historic 7-mile bridge. It is a must-see for all first-time Florida Keys Vacationers.

Although there is no cable TV, the home is equipped with smart TVs throughout. You will be expected to use your own streaming services

Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay. Also, although this home is considered “Pet Friendly” you are required to select this option when booking your reservation if you choose to have a pet occupying the home. You will be required to pay a one-time $150 pet fee that is non-refundable. Failure to follow these guidelines will result in a forfeiture of your security deposit.

Unforgettable back yard 🌴

In the past couple of years, we've stayed in many houses, and I have to say, this one was truly impressive. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The house itself was charming and had everything we needed, but the backyard and the pool were absolutely unforgettable. We didn't even want to go anywhere else; we spent the entire day hanging out by the pool. The palm trees, the pool, the tiki gazebo, the water features – everything was simply perfect. This house stands out, and I don't think I want to stay anywhere else in this area. If you want to truly enjoy pool time, this backyard and pool won't disappoint. We had a heated pool, and even on cooler days, it was incredibly enjoyable. Highly recommend this property; the Island Breeze service was amazing and provided excellent service immediately.

Already Booked Again

This was a perfect getaway for my husband and I and our 2 Springer Spaniels. We loved it and booked for another visit before we left. The grill actually works, that’s a first! It’s clean, well appointed and just so relaxing.

Thanksgiving Break

This is our 4th year staying in the Keys for Thanksgiving, we love everything about it! This house was clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean! The tiki hut and grill were also wonderful to have. Thank you for allowing us to stay we loved it!

PERFECT place!

The biggest problem with our stay was that there were too many options for things to do and ways to relax! Property could not have been better…with the phrase “I could live here” said many times during the week. House and property were spotless (having been recently updated) and the tiki hut was awesome to visit under. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
