O apartamento está localizado dentro do desenvolvimento seleto de Marina de Cannes. A sala eo quarto principal abrem para a varanda principal, que é de frente para sul com vista para a piscina, os jardins e para a marina. Este é fornecido com mesas e cadeiras para refeições ao ar livre. Os outros quartos ea cozinha aberta para a varanda de trás com vista para as colinas e montanhas.
Temos um espaço de estacionamento perto da entrada para o apartamento e uma na garagem na cave. No entanto, um carro não é necessário, pois há bons serviços de ônibus e trem.
O apartamento fica a uma curta distância dos inúmeros restaurantes, um parque infantil, lojas, supermercado, campo de golfe, quadras de tênis e rotas de ônibus. A praia é 1. 5 km de distância e estação ferroviária local cerca de 2 km de distância. A localização é ideal para explorar a costa Riviera da Itália para St. Tropez, incluindo agradável, Frejus e Monaco. Mais para o interior das aldeias morro encantadoras e cidades dos Alpes Marítimos, incluindo Mougins, Grasse, St Paul de Vence e Eze pode ser visitado.
Cannes Marina está localizado dentro de Mandelieu La Napoule e está apenas a 6 km do centro de Cannes, em torno da baía de Cannes. A baía tem praias com desportos aquáticos instalações de aluguer de equipamento.
O ônibus local para o centro de Cannes pára em frente do apartamento de onde um a cada meia hora serviço de ônibus para o aeroporto de Nice opera. Duas empresas de ônibus serviços que exigem correr em Mandelieu e executar através do aeroporto de Nice. A paragem de autocarro para estes é de 15 minutos a pé do apartamento.
My husband and I rented this flat for January/February this year as we wanted to escape the Swiss winter and play golf. The flat is ideally located about a 5 min drive from the Old Course at Mandelieu which is why we chose it. With 3 bedrooms it is large for two people but we like to have our own bathrooms so it was perfect for us.
All our dealings with the owner were very positive. The local manager is simply a delight and nothing ever seems to be too much trouble for her. We did have some issues with maintenance things in the flat and she and the owner addressed those issues promptly. She in fact went out of her way to find some air vent covers that had gone missing and to install them (having open space where an air vent is supposed to be can make things quite cold in winter!)
The flat has a double aspect - from the sitting room and master bedroom you can see the sea, and in a sliver of a view between two buildings you can see over to la Croisette in Cannes itself. From the kitchen and the other two bedrooms you have a view of the hillsides of Mandelieu and the Estérel mountains. The sunrise from the sea and the sunset behind the Estérel were a constant delight to us.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The other two have twin beds. The main bathroom is adjacent to the master BR and the tiny shower room (I found it really small and its smallness is unfortunately enhanced by the rather weird floor which resembles pebbles...) is nearer the other two rooms. The flat is more than adequately furnished but the TV is very old (big box type) and only gets French channels which is a distinct drawback. For us the language is no problem because that is what we speak at home but the quality in general of French TV leaves a lot to be desired. I have suggested to the owner that he consider getting cable TV with more choice. There are plenty of plates, glasses etc for 6 to 8 people. Dishwasher works well as does the clothes washer. The fridge really needs to be bigger...
The flat was immaculately clean on arrival. The building is also kept very clean and the few other residents that we encountered in the lifts and hallways seemed very nice. It was quite quiet in the building - though in summer this might not be the case. There is a large Casino Géant supermarket within about 3 mins drive or 10 mins walk.
We would definitely rent this flat again if we plan another winter holiday near Cannes.
Really nice apartment, very bright, clean, lovely views. The apartment had everything we needed for a family of 5 for a 2 week holiday. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The best thanks goes to Sally, the agent, who came to our rescue when we needed her urgently. Highly recommended apartment.

Appartement sale et mal entretenu
Stayed here in 2007 and 2009, we are now looking to book again but not in school holidays for this year. Previous holidays here have been a great success , multinational holiday makers which gives a good atmosphere. Appartment is large, well presented and very clean. Bedrooms good size, lounge has double sofa bed which came in very useful as we had unexpected guests. The view from the balcony is splendid and even on the hottest day with having balconies front and rear a lovely through breeze was achieved. Large lounge dining area with its lovely nautical theme, and a kitchen with every amenity available
The appartment is ideally situated for local bars, restaurants, beaches and sightseeing with Cannes being a short journey by train , bus or car.
We would recommend this appartment highly and the owners were approachable and helpful
A very bright and clean apartment. It was more spacious than expected and very well equipped. Particularly liked the large balconies which enabled us to get sun/shade all day long. Enjoyed eating out on the balcony with views of the pool and marina. The pool is superb and the teenagers in our group also found plenty to do nearby. There is a large supermarket within easy walking distance. An excellent base to explore the area by car. Found the range of guide books very useful. Easy access to Cannes on the local bus and used the train to get to Monte Carlo and Nice. Would highly recommend this apartment. We’ll be back!
I have stayed in many different self-catering properties I can safely say that this is one of the most well-presented and fully-equipped residences I have ever stayed in.
Something for everyone in the area - be it walking, touring or just relaxing by the pool. The owners are an absolute pleasure to deal with.
This is somewhere I plan to re-visit again. I think the photos (good as they are) do not do this property justice.
Cannes Marina está localizado dentro de Mandelieu La Napoule, a 6 km do centro de Cannes, em torno da baía de La Napoule. Cannes é o ponto focal para festivais de todo o mundo, sendo o mais famoso o Festival de Cinema. Ele também é famosa por suas lojas de grife e frente ao mar.
Um carro não é essencial, pois o transporte público é freqüente e barato. O ônibus direto do Aeroporto de Nice demora cerca de 30 minutos e pára em Mandelieu, deixando uma caminhada de 12 minutos para o apartamento. Existe também uma paragem de autocarro na estrada apenas fora do apartamento, mas é necessária uma mudança de ônibus, no centro de Cannes, para a metade autocarro para o aeroporto a cada hora entre Cannes e Nice Airport.
