The Space:
Fish from your back door!  This is a lovely riverfront home in the Alpine Court region of Skyland. The home is just a few short minutes to the town of Crested Butte by car or a few minutes by bike or nordic ski. The recreation path to town is just about a mile away.

The home is decorated in a lovely warm fashion and has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom and is located on the main level of the home.

The upstairs has 2 additional bedrooms, one with 2 twins and the other with a queen bed. These 2 bedrooms share a full bath. Also on the main level is the well stocked kitchen that is in an open format so that the cook can enjoy a lively conversation with guests in the dining and living room areas. Televisions can be found in the living room, master bedroom and the queen bedroom upstairs.

There is also a lovely deck off of the living/dining areas where you can hear the steady trickle of the Slate River. To complete the main floor, there is a laundry room, mudroom and a powder bath.

The home has a garage with storage for gear. One parking space is available for the guest in the garage.  Any additional cars MUST be parked in the driveway as there is no on street parking.  This is a lovely place to start your adventures here in the Crested Butte area!

You can also enjoy the scenery and the sound of the river in the 4 person hot tub on the patio.

The minimum age for all persons in this property is 25 years, excepting children (of all ages) with their parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, this property does not allow pets of any kind. 

There are no trailers or RV's allowed at this property due to town laws and/or HOA covenants. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Please note that our company does have a separate rental policy that will be emailed to you immediately after booking and this will need to be signed by you.  If you wish to see it prior to booking, just send us an email.

Guest Access:
Check-in instructions including your lockbox code will be sent to you 2 days prior to your arrival at 4 PM MST.

The Neighborhood:
This is a great little neighborhood with a mix of local and 2nd homeowners.

Getting Around:
Town of Crested Butte is about 2 miles, The Club at Crested Butte is about a mile.
