This Sunriver rental home is centrally located off of Circle 4 near the tennis courts, cycling paths, near Fort Rock Park and the swimming and sledding center. 1.3 miles from the SHARC. The kitchen is fully stocked with useful small and large appliances, all new kitchenware. The main level has an open concept which includes a kitchen, dining room, living area. There is also king bedroom suite on the main level. The deck off of the main level includes a private hot tub area, gas BBQ, and a great view of the high desert ponderosa pines with deer sauntering through.

Downstairs includes a washer/dryer, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and entry into the 2 car garage where you will find a fleet of various sizes of bikes, a trailer, a follow-along and sleds.

Kid friendly with 8 SHARC passes, a high chair, a child cart to hook on to adult bike, play n pak and gating for the stairs, 4 flat screen TVs with DVD players.
