We were delighted with this apt. Elaine was a pleasure to deal with right from when we made the initial contact. It's located in the quieter part of the complex, close to obne of the pool s(heated from Oct 1), snack bar, kid's play area, and Blue Azul restaurant (good value). 401 was very clean, spacious, loads of books, CDs, DVDs, and has a PS2 and plenty of games. We had our own transport and so didn't use the bus/taxis but seemed to be well serviced. We would heartily recommend this apt to everyone. Try 'steak on the stone' at O Pavilhao restaurant - you won't regret it!

Fantastic

We went in May 2016 and loved it so much we went back for Christmas and New Year! Delightful spacious apartment set in a great location and the old town in just a 20 minute walk away. Excellent restaurants on site.

Worked really well - a great find!

Bit of a late booking for us, but very glad we did. The apartment works so well. There were six of us but it never felt even close to being crowded.

The bedrooms are all a good size, one is en-suite and the other shared between two rooms which is fine. Plenty of room in the lounge and dining area, and the kitchen was fantastic because I think it had recently been refurbished. The wifi was also good, especially in the lounge and dining area.

It's close to the heated pool, (50m) and some brave souls were in there every day!

The location is excellent. Although we had a car to use during the day, there are about 3 restaurants on-site. We only tried one but it was very good.

The best thing is that it was walking distance into Albufeira (about15 mins), which was great. There were loads of places open to eat and drink, which given the time of year was a pleasant surprise.

It takes about 35 mins from the airport and is very handy for a good number of golf courses (we played the two Amendoeira courses, which were great). It's also very well placed for the beaches too.

All in all, it was great find for the price, so we will be back later this year.

Lovely apartment; great location.

We came here for a few days, over the New Year period, and were really impressed with this spacious 3 bed apartment. The location was brilliant - an easy 20 min walk into the old town of Albufeira, and even at this time of year, most of the shops and restaurants were open. The apartment itself was in a quiet part of the development, really close to the lovely heated pool, so would be an excellent choice for families. With restaurants and snack bars on site, it's the perfect holiday destination. Would love to go back!

The best location on the complex.

This apartment is so spacious with 3 really good sized bedrooms, it has the best location on the complex in our view, being at the end of a block, adjacent to landscaped gardens and a matter of a few steps to the pool. For people with young children it really would be perfect . The apartment has one terrace that gets the sun in the morning and the other that gets the sun all day , which is not the case with many others.

The furniture and the kitchen equipment is of the highest standard and not like you can find in many rental homes. A real home from home.

The complex itself has enough pools , restaurants/snack bars that if you desired you could stay there 24/7 but if you want to get into town you can get a shuttle bus for 1 euro a taxi for 5 or a walk of 20 minutes.

Elaine could not have been more helpful which was great . This appartment exceeded our expectations in every aspect.

Wouldn't go back

My husband and I and our five children stayed at this apartment in July 2010. It was very clean on arrival with plenty of books cds and DVD's and PS3 available. We were very bored here as everyone kept to themselves and in order to get into town we had to get a bus or two taxis which was disappointing as we believed we could walk into town easily enough but couldn't as too far away. The apartment was laden with soft furnishings like cushions - mostly pale colour and totally impractable. We had cleaners for one hour or so for the whole two weeks we spent there so I spent a lot of my time washing and drying linen and generally doing housework. The strong winds meant we couldn't sit outside in the evenings as our wine glasses would just topple over. The inside of the apartment was too warm even when the air conditioning was working. The air con repair man had to come a few times. The onsite shop was great and had loads of essentials and the owner was fabulously helpful. I wouldn't recommend this place for a family with young kids as not lively enough we felt.

Resposta do proprietário: We are very sorry that your family did not enjoy your holiday but this is the first ever negative review we have had in 6 years. Please see all the lovely reviews from past and returning guests. Its a family resort and is not advertised as a lively holiday destination. We do not in any way advertise daily cleaning but we do say for guests staying longer than a week towels and linen are changed and there is use of a washing machine/tumble dryer for convenience as its a self catering holiday. We try and make the apartment as comfortable and homely as possible hence the soft furnishings, lots of people have commented how homely the apartment is. The walk into town is about 20 minutes like we advertise but there are courtesy buses/local buses into town which take aprx 5 minutes. The air conditioning is serviced every April and if there is a problem the air con company fix the problem on the day. As advised in the apartment booklet, for the air con to be working properly, all doors and windows must be closed.
