Bear Crossing 1390 is a perfectly placed, pet-friendly, three bedroom townhome perched above downtown Winter Park and features breathtaking views from multiple vantage points throughout the home. Step into the open living room and check out the stunning vistas from the picture windows or settle in by the fire to watch the snow fall. The open layout allows for groups to spread out into the kitchen and dining area while still chatting with people in the living room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and multiple seating options for your group to come together after a fun day on the slopes & trails. Best of all, you'll love the private hot tub off the back patio that's perfect to scope out the stars in Winter Park. This is also a pet-friendly property, which is rare in Winter Park, so make sure to pack Fido's bag when you're coming to Winter Park for your next vacation.

Ready to rest easy? Head to one of three bedroom suites in the home - the King Primary Suite, the Queen Bedroom Suite & the Twin Bedroom Suite - all of which have their own attached bathrooms for added privacy. Need overflow sleeping? There's a Queen sleeper sofa and a Queen EZ bed in the home. Each bedroom has been outfitted in our luxury linen package ensuring a great nights sleep on plush, clean linens.

Sleeping Arrangements: Primary King Suite, Queen Suite, and Bunk Suite, all on the upper level. Plus, a Queen sleeper sofa and Queen EZ bed. Sleeps up to 10 guests.

Great place/location
Great property. Had everything we needed including stocked kitchen. Layout perfect for both togetherness and spreading out -- and loved the entryway off the garage to store our skiwear. Would highly recommend.

Amazing location!
The trails right outside the door are amazing! We ventured out daily and loved the fact that the ski resort was only 10 minute drive from our condo. Just be aware this unit has a LOT of stairs. Otherwise we had a fully stocked kitchen (freezer wasn’t cold enough to make ice regularly) but we had everything we needed to make meals. Beds, linens and pillows were the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a rental. Great place if you want easy access to some beautiful trails!!

Beautiful but be
This property checked a lot of the important boxes for us (3 bedrooms, accepts dogs). It was lovely and clean, and conveniently located close to hiking and biking trails. But a major disappointment was the construction down the hill, which woke us up at 7am each day of our stay. I understand that construction is in high gear during the summer in the mountains, but the fact that it wasn’t mentioned in the property description was frustrating. If we had known we definitely would have picked somewhere else to stay. I will say that Management was responsive, taking the time to call me and update the description. Overall it was a nice but noisy stay.
