If you're looking for the perfect getaway, look no further. 2800 sqft. 4 bed/4 bath with magnificent views. Just a few steps to the dock. Perfect for large families, groups, or business getaways. 2 living areas. 2 dining areas. 3 level covered deck with walkouts from all levels and bedrooms. Covered dock, Waterslide, Large swim platform, wet bar all in a deep water quiet cove just off MM8. 2 car attached garage with flat driveway for plenty of parking space.

The first Level has a spacious kitchen and dining area included with everything you would have at your own home. Master Suite with King size bed and full size futon along with tiled walk-in shower and whirlpool tub in the master bath. The home also has a laundry room and a 1/2 bath just off of the kitchen.

The second Level has a three more bedrooms. The first bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed. The second bedroom has another queen size along with a twin/full bunk bed. The third bedroom has 3 full/full bunk beds suitable for children and/or adults. Another full bathroom is located on this floor.

Third Level has another dining and living area. Also, the lower level has a beautiful wet bar with more seating areas to get away and relax.

Ample space on all three deck levels with enough seating for you and your guests. Enjoy cooking out on the new grill. The private dock has everything you need. Swim platform, Waterslide, Large 10x36 boat slip, spots to park your jet skis or take our canoe out around the cove.

Many local eateries nearby on boat or via car. Indian Rock Golf Club and Lake West Cinemas just a few minutes drive away. Outlet malls, arcade, state park bridal cave, local shopping is just a short list of things to do around this terrific house.

Not happy!

It started with getting wrong check-in info and having to wait 45 minutes to reach the host to get the correct code to get in. 45 minutes might not seem like that much, but after a long day of travel, having to sit and wait with your 84 year old parents in 98 degree heat is not cool Then we get into the house and you can tell it's not well maintained. Lots of things are broken (blinds, door jams, holes in walls, etc), the carpets are stained, and chairs broken, etc. Grill broken and even if it wasn't, the propane was out. 3 coffee makers but only 1 of them actually works... I then reached out to the host and he was not very friendly. He also told me to 'read the contract' which is not what you want to hear the first day of your vacation. I had to document everything for fear of losing my security deposit, which isn't how I want to spend a few hours of my vacation, nor should I have to. I've stayed in numerous VRBO's over the years and I've never had an experience like this one.

Mixed Bag

For the positives, this house is right on the lake in a fairly quiet cove and includes kayaks and canoes which the family enjoyed. Even though the lounge chairs on the dock were damaged, we enjoyed hanging out on the dock & our boat. For the negatives, this home is in major need of maintenance and repairs. When we arrived we immediately noticed one of the kitchen cabinet doors was missing and one couch was ratcheted together and unusable. The deck and bridge to dock has rotting wood which is dangerous. Much of the outdoor furniture is broken. The walls in the house have paint splotches and some holes. The dish washer top rack is messed up. The space itself feels small because it is broken up on each floor. If you have a low riding car, there is a rock road leading to the house which is difficult to drive on without an SUV or truck. I would not stay here again because of maintenance issues which made me nervous that someone would be injured and with insurance and a deposit, there is worry of being blamed for something we did not do. I have an excellent record of always treating homes with respect and keeping it clean. We even fixed their fire alarm issue.

Fun family vacation at the lake

1st impression -exterior was unkempt— tall weeds and leaves piled up to the door. No entry code was provided & we were stuck waiting with a trunk full of cold and frozen food. The dishes & silverware had dried food & greasy residue on them I completely filled the trash can with items passed the expiration date- from fridge to make room for our food. We had 23 people, but only 12 forks and no spoons- just soup spoons. only 3 kitchen towels & no dishcloths, 3 trash bags and a small amount of dish soap. The dishwasher top rack is sagging down and won’t roll out on the track. The freezer door doesn’t seal well- and our ice cream stayed soft. The kitchen seats a max of 8, so we needed the deck dining seating, but it was all packed away under the tables, and the deck was covered in sticks and tree debris- we unpacked all the chairs were covered in a thick brown dusty film. The house had spider webs in corners and stairways with insects trapped in them- so they had been there a while. The limited seating in living room (4 max) was compromised with the recliner chair broken- tilted back at a sharp angle and secured with a ratchet strap. Broken ceiling fan, burned out light bulbs. Rotting wood on deck and balconies- nephews foot went through bad board & cut his toe- granddaughter stepped on one of the protruding nails on deck. BUT- we had a GREAT time. Location & dock was excellent! I just was expecting accurate photos & I didn’t want extra work on my vacation.

So much fun for our energetic family!

We had a blast. The property was amazing for our casual & chill lake side family reunion. The house was just as described. The owners were super responsive to the few questions we had after check in. We were in the lake most of the time and the kayaks/canoe/float mat were so awesome to have access to. When we weren’t in the lake we were playing games and relaxing which this property is perfect for. Super amazing stay!
