The minimum occupancy is two adults, each additional person € 18, in high season € 24 per night. Children under the age of twelve pay half the price. The price d'affitto includes the regular use of kitchen, refrigerator, electricity, water, gas, heating and the rest of the infrastructure. A fixed fee per stay is the final cleaning costs 35 €.
