This apartment is in the centre of historical Krakow , the exceptional location by the river makes staying here a real pleaure. It has been renovated and the decorative style is simple and fresh.
It is ideal for 2 but sleeps maximum 4, using the divans in the sitting room and dining room.
There is one double bedroom with a brass bed and a lovely view of a monastery garden,
The spacious dining room and sitting room are separated by large double doors and have original oak parquet floors.
The kitchen and the bathroom are off the central hallway. There is under-floor heating beneath the black and white tiles in the bathroom and kitchen.
The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, half-size dishwasher, half-size washing machine, double sink, ceramic induction hotplate and Dualit mini-oven/grill. The kitchen is well equipped for four.
The bathroom has a shower, heated towel rail, toilet and marble-topped sink.
Culture in Krakow: Krakow is wonderful city for music and festivals, including Jazz, Independendent Film, Photography, Folk Music, Jewish Culture and Contemporary Music. The apartment is well situated for the Philharmonic Hall and the bars of Kazimierz where you will find Klesmer concerts.
Delicious Food: Krakow has an amazing range of good restaurants but what I most enjoy is going to the Markets and finding what is in season , for instance Polish Asparagus in April and an extraordinary range of mushrooms in October. There are always stalls of sheep cheeses, homemade butter and farm-yard eggs.
