Nassau Village 49 has coastal style decor in sea foam & beach blues recently added throughout this gorgeous canal-front 2 BR 1.5 Bath townhouse off 93rd Street. Bring your boat, and dock it right out back. Walking distance to local favorite restaurants, shopping and the beach. Roomy bedrooms can sleep 6 comfortably with a Queen, 2 Twin, and a Daybed with Trundle. Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo for your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Unit has central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. There is a Keurig coffee maker for guest's use.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Non Smoking, Non-Vaping. No pets please.

Birthday weekend

It was a good stay, the only thing I didn’t care for was they really provide the bare minimum compared to other airb&b which was in the details. Also there was white animal here everywhere. But overall the condo is really nice and spacious (besides the bathroom) and the views are beautiful my favorite place was the back deck at night ssssooo peaceful. Very close to the strip.

Nice time but wouldn’t stay again

Overall, we had a really nice time. Nothing was terrible but nothing was excellent. For the high cost, I was a little disappointed. The management company was great and very easy to communicate with. The check in process was fine but it would have been more convenient to be emailed the door code versus having to stop at their office to pick up papers. It didn’t take long but was just a hassle after a long drive and having kids in the car. The house was pretty accurate to the listing. It was decent but could definitely use some updates and more items added to the kitchen. I was aware that linens and paper products were not provided but wasn’t aware that basic kitchen items would not be stocked. There was no aluminum foil, plastic wrap, Tupperware, plastic bags, or dish sponges. I couldn’t clean any dishes until I drove to the store to buy a sponge and I couldn’t pack anything to take to the beach without Tupperware. All other rentals I’ve been to have provided these basic items. The home seemed clean enough for a beach rental but the floors were not clean at our arrival. There was hair everywhere in the bathrooms. This was easy enough to sweep up myself but for the price you pay for a beach rental, you shouldn’t have to. My favorite part of this rental was the pool. It was very close and convenient to the home and my kids had a blast. The neighbors were all very friendly. We also liked that you could walk to the beach. Overall, we had a nice time but would probably not stay here again for the price.

Soul and mind spiritual relaxation Therapy Resort

My wife and I really enjoyed this wonderful place. I was so relaxed that I didn't get up until 8:45 am every morning. I have never been so relaxed or stayed in the bed that late. Back home, I usually get up every day around 6:15 am. And believe me I needed that. We also brought place mats for the kitchen table to show our appreciation and how blessed we where to stay at this place. I pray that we return again. I know that others will enjoy this place of rest as much as we did.
