Located in Bight Settlement, Studio at big The Tree House Villa sits within only a 2-minute walk to the Grace Bay Beach and Coral Reef.
Besides the beautiful villa and beach life villa is also centrally located to the fun-filled nightlife, restaurants, bars, supermarket and other stores. Yet villa is quiet and set back from the road and provides quiet enjoyment for rest and relaxation.

“Studio” – is a private entrance ground floor rental(1 queen bed +1 bathroom) in a big villa. The whole studio is air-conditioned. The space is generous and very comfortable about 700 sqf in total and has high ceilings. One full custom-designed bathroom with a shower serves all space. The studio comes with a sitting area both inside and out, TV, wireless internet, metered air-conditioning, microwave, BBQ, inversion hot plate, fridge, ceiling fans, water cooler, toaster, coffee machine, electric kettle, pots, pan cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, etc. . There is also screened outside verandah with breakfast table, sofa and with a beautiful view of the tropical gardens and pool. There is a safe to store valuable items. The rental has all you need for your vacation. The garden around the house incorporates lounge/sitting chairs, an umbrella, beach towels and a swimming pool allowing all guests to experience the outside living of Caribbean island. For your fun and comfort, we offer playing cards, books, family games, snorkelling gear, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. A washer and dryer are included to make beach living easy. Great for a couple or single who do not need a full kitchen. Enjoy swimming and snorkelling the world-famous crystal waters of Turks and Caicos-Grace Bay and The Bight just steps away. Next block to the Bight National Park where you can enjoy sailing and THE FAMOUS "FISH FRY" every Thursday (a MUST). Most water-tour companies will pick you up from our beach, no driving is necessary.

Hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Toilet was not left clean and, therefore, was crawling with ants. For our length of stay (8 nights) we thought the property should have, at the least, offered clean towels mid- stay. Easy walk to the beach. The beach access may pose an issue in the future since the Windsong resort is expanding and there are a series of 6 new Villas planned next to it. Because the beach is fairly narrow there, the space will be extremely tight for anyone not staying on the beach.

Great stay

We rented the Studio for 2 days and we had a great stay at the Tree House. The location is perfect and yet you feel much more private than all the hotels near by. A 5min walk to the beach with a couple restaurant, and a center location to access any area of Provo island by car. Recommended ! Hugo

Great location to beach!

Ivan and Gina are easy to communicate with and respond quickly to your questions. They were awesome! A short walk to the beach, very relaxing!

Wonderful Place

My sister and I stayed in the ground floor studio and it was perfect! She took the double bed inside the studio and I chose the sofa on the screened in porch as my bed. It's very comfortable to sleep on if you take the back cushions off. There is a twin bed inside the studio as well, but I preferred the fresh air and privacy. We spent every morning enjoying coffee and breakfast out there. We did rent the car from Gena and Ivan and enjoyed our excursions around the island, especially Smith's Reef. The beach is very close to the studio which we walked to every day. We also enjoyed walking to the restaurant/bar Somewhere which is right down the beach. There is the Sandals resort called Beaches which is also in close walking distance. You can be picked up and dropped off there by some of the water excursion companies. We did the 1/2 day conch diving tour where the boat takes you out to dive for conch using their snorkel gear and then the captain takes you to an uninhabited island and makes a conch salad and then dropped us off on the beach at the Windsor Resort which is right where you enter the beach from the your studio. We did use the chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear and swimming pool all provided for us. The wifi worked great. Over all I highly recommend staying here and if I ever have the opportunity to go back to T & C I hope this place is available again. Oh yeah.........the Thursday night fish fry was a lot of fun and good food as well as lots of locals selling t-shirts and other really cool souvenirs.

Hello, we are Gena and Ivan from Canada, and we welcome you to our paradise!
We like people and we like to host different cultures. We are very social and like to host family and friends. It is very rare that we would go to any of our properties alone. Ivan is a Chemical Engineer who plays guitar for Gena from his heart on any occasion. Gena is a Food Science Engineer with big dreams. We are both entrepreneurs and have businesses in the food industry and PP supply. We have raised two beautiful children that like to come to the island with their friends and enjoy water sports. Our kids are ski and snowboard instructors in free and wintertime. We like travelling, skiing, swimming, reading, yoga, meditation, and baking. We ski White Face, Titus Mountain, Lake Tahoe Heavenly, Banff and Lake Luis, Mont Tremblant, etc.. We travelled Europe, Asia, Australia, North and South America and many Caribbean islands.
We have always dreamed of owning a vacation/retirement home on a Caribbean Island to warm ourselves up during the cold Canadian winters! Our love for travel and people brought us to Turks and Caicos – an unforgettable island that we knew we needed to be a part of. The white beaches and bright blue waters were so captivating from the very start. We knew we would wish to visit this beautiful place again and again. We finally reached our dream of owning property on this island in 2018 with our “The Tree House”. This villa is for us four, for our family, friends, and you! For all people in this world who want to enjoy, love, dream and relax in the inspiring, warm water of Turks and Caicos. We, along with many of our guests from around the world, have been enjoying and relaxing on our properties ever since. Come and stay with us today! Live the dream!
