Baan Hinlad Waterfall is an independently-owned project of Thai style bungalows, created and designed using natural materials and quality fittings, overlooking the forest near the river and waterfall.

We pride ourselves on creating buildings in harmony with the natural environment with all modern facilities, in a beautiful setting that is conveniently located close to beaches, Nathon town and pier, the immigration office, local hospital and transportation.

Baan Hinlad Waterfall is a non profit family owned project on my grandmother's land, maintained by myself and my mother. Since we did not want to leave the land vacant, we decided to build houses for people who want to relax in the forest for a peaceful and safe short or long-term stay.

Ideal for artists or as a spiritual retreat. Close to shops and amenities but away from the crowded tourist areas of Chaweng and Bophut.

Baan Hinlad is set in a tropical fruit garden landscape with 2 bungalows comfortably spread within a naturally fenced enclosure. The classical Thai style bungalows within their own private walled enclosure, feature a rather large outdoor garden providing a relaxing and quiet setting.

Inside the bungalow, the downstairs has an open plan living area, kitchen and bathroom. The first floor is accessed by a wooden staircase to a large air conditioned bedroom with a high pitched ceiling and expansive timber deck overlooking the forest. Both bungalows are equipped with a free satellite receiver, air condition, 32 inches flat screen TV, ceiling fans (living room and bedroom), refrigerator, stove with gas, hot water, disk, plate, pan, spoon, glass, water supply, car park etc.

The bungalows also feature a built in kitchenette with sink and counter top. The large garden bathroom features a natural sky ceiling which naturally brightens the room. The bathroom also includes a nice top glass sink. A water heater is installed for the warm water shower.

Imagine the convenience of being able to check email on your laptop from the comfort of your porch. At Baan Hinlad wireless broadband internet access is provided for tenants.

Getting around from Baan Hinlad is very easy and convenient. Its near the main road to Nathon town where one can find shops, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, and public transportation all within 5 minutes drive. These bungalow are suitable for anyone looking for affordable accommodation with quality features you would normally find in more up market resorts. Baan Hinlad is available for medium to long term stay.
