With understated elegance, this lovely 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house sits in the heart of Kailua-Kona. Quiet and private, feel free to sip a martini as you relax on the lanai or catch a game in the plush living room.

A perfect choice for a family retreat or small gathering, this home comfortably sleeps six. With split system air conditioning connected to the master and guest bedroom as well as the living room, you have the control you need to escape the heat. Ceiling fans located in each bedroom, along with one in the dining room and another in the living room, keep the air moving throughout the house.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an attached master bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Both of these rooms have air conditioning as well as a ceiling fan in each bedroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can double as comfortable seating during the day or put together as a queen bed. This room has a ceiling fan to provide a cooling breeze.

Free wifi throughout and Smart TV is provided in the downstairs living room which is also air conditioned. Each bedroom has a Smart TV which is internet enabled to allow you to access your personal streaming service accounts. The house is also equipped with a local phone for any calls to the United States.

The kitchen is beautifully appointed with wood grain cabinets and a marble counter and comes complete with an oven, stove top, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, and toaster. There’s also a BBQ grill located outside on the lanai. Enjoy the option of a home-cooked meal while you’re on vacation!
