If your visit to Maui is all about your love of the ocean and the beach then welcome to our home away from home in beautiful Kihei, Maui which features a panoramic ocean view and a couple minute walk to Kamaole Beach 1. Maui's soft golden sand awaits directly across the street, and when you are not at the beach, you're gazing at it with expansive and awe-inspiring views from not only from the lanai, but the living room and kitchen.

Our one bedroom unit, located on the sixth floor (604), is easily accessible via elevator and has been remodeled and tastefully furnished. It is fully equipped for all of your vacation needs, from kitchenware to beach towels. Enjoy lounging on the private lanai or enjoy Maui's #1 beach with wonderful warm water swimming and pristine snorkeling reef.

The condo features beautiful bamboo wood and tile floors throughout and white shutters.

When you do not feel like walking to any of the more than a dozen restaurants within a two-block radius take advantage of our upgraded kitchen. It is well equipped to prepare and serve a home cooked meal complete with granite countertop, stove/oven, microwave, washer/dryer and ceiling fan. Enjoy dining at our dining room table or the ocean view lanai.

The living/dining room features a rattan sofa which includes a queen size pull out bed. A 48" round dining table with 4 rattan chairs provides ample room for you and your guests. Under the rattan rectangular coffee table is a beautiful 5' X 8' Hawaiian floral area rug. A rattan side chair and end table with lamp allows for easy reading or conversation with your guests. Across from the sofa is a rattan wall unit which features a 32" flat screen Samsung TV and DVD player. Cable and free WiFi (private internet connection is strong) is provided in the unit.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, dresser, end tables, mirrored wardrobe doors with ample closet space and a ceiling fan.

The bathroom has a walk in shower and features natural stone flooring and granite vanity with ample storage underneath along with a mirrored medicine cabinet. Hair dryer is provided.

Enjoy Kamaole Beach Royale and its beautifully landscaped grounds. Relax with a refreshing dip in the recently renovated secluded heated swimming pool surrounded by a lush, tropical garden. Bask in the sun or play a friendly game of shuffleboard.

Enjoy sunrise, sunsets and a picturesque view of the West Maui Mountains on the private covered lanai which includes a table and four chairs. If you would like to see Haleakala Volcano instead, just step outside your front door and admire its majesty from there.

Treat yourself to a BBQ at sunset on the stunning rooftop pavilion on the 7th floor or enjoy the sweeping panoramic ocean and mountain views of the surrounding islands while meeting new friends. Complete with two commercial level outdoor grills, lounges and dining areas, enjoy one of the best views of the Kihei coastline and the beautiful 180 degree view is a perfect spot for enjoying sunsets or whale watching between December and April.

Plenty of free, unassigned parking stalls are open and available to all guests.

One nice feature of Kamaole Beach Royale is that our building is constructed of concrete and noise from adjacent units are inaudible unlike in wood construction. The neighboring low rise structure that separates us from Kihei Road does not obstruct your view from #604 but provides a nice sound barrier from the road.

Our condo is centrally located and steps across the street from famous Kamaole Beach #1, a beautiful family friendly white sandy beach (which was voted #1 swimming beach by Maui Revealed). Our condo is in easy walking distance to many local Kihei shops, restaurants. Charley Young Beach and the rest of the Kamaole beaches are nearby as well.

The area also features a natural-food market, a convenience store with a full service grocery store a short drive down Kihei Road. Just outside of the parking lot and at the corner of Kihei Road is a shop that rents water-activity equipment. Additionally you can enjoy fine dining, world class golf and shopping just minutes
down the road in Wailea.
